Welcome to our newly remodeled home in Congress Park! This 2-bed, 1-bath unit is located in the window-filled basement level of Denver Square house. The neighborhood is known for its convenient location, tree-lined streets, and proximity to Denver's best parks and activities. With a walk score of 92 and a bike score of 97, it is ideally located. A short distance to multiple local restaurants, coffee shops, a movie theater, ice cream parlors, gym, Sprouts, the Denver Zoo, Natural History museum, City Park and Cheesman Park, and much more! Denver's best shopping and indoor mall (Cherry Creek Mall) is 10 blocks away, and downtown Denver is a 5-10 minute drive.

The unit was fully renovated in 2023. It is easily accessible with a digital keypad. We will send you the code prior to check-in so no need to coordinate your schedule with us or if you need a late check-in

You'll have a private entrance and street parking. The unit is easily accessible with a digital keypad.
The kitchenette has a full-sized fridge, sink, toaster oven, microwave, blender, cutting boards, coffee maker, complementary coffee and tea, electric kettle, utensils, and more. No oven! There are many nearby restaurants that deliver or are within a 5 block radius.
The space is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, & families. If you are here for work, there is a desk in one of the bedrooms. Our internet is reliable and fast
You'll have sole access to the entire apartment throughout your stay. There is a small patio table and 2 chairs during the summer. We reserve the backyard and front yard, however, for our family's use.
Our home was built in 1904. It has been fully renovated in 2023 and there is noise dampening between the floors. However, it is not perfect. However, if you need absolute silence, that isn't something that we can guarantee!
Check-in time is after 3pm, while check out time is 11am. However, we are happy to be flexible when no one else is departing/arriving on the same day.
*Please Note: No pets, no parties, and no smoking is allowed in the home. This is not a party spot! Quiet hours are from 9PM - 7AM. Any noise violations or complaints from neighbors will be addressed immediately. We appreciate your courtesy.
When you are booking please note the correct number who will be staying as the price may vary. If the number of guests who stay varies from the number who are listed, we will ask to have the booking updated.
