The residence is situated on the Place des Écrins, close to shops, the Piou Piou ESF snow garden and the Marmottes nursery. Surface area : about 35 m². 1st floor. Orientation : South. View panoramic. Living room with pull-out sofa. Bedroom with double bed. Sleeping area with 2 bunk beds. Kitchenette with special heater to prepare La Fondue, kettle, coffee machine, oven / microwave, dishwasher, 2 cooking rings, fridge. Separated WC. Shower room with shower, hairdryer. Balcony. The beds in elevation are not suitable for children under 6 years.
