Beautiful condo. Easy location to find. Brian is very quick to respond to issues. Convient parking, quiet location well stocked with essentials for cooking. Close to pool we would absolutely rent this unit again!

The space was perfect for our trip. Close to my favorite snorkel spot and the beach. Everything was in working order and the beds were comfortable. I really appreciated Brian giving us a heads up about the volcano erupting . Would for sure stay here again.

Great location, place is large and spacious, everything you need to prepare meals. The whole property also has water dispensers all around (pools, gym). The pool is right outside the unit. The unit has everything you need for the beach. A/c is very nice. Would definitely stay here for next trip.

We had an amazing stay at this Big Island condo! It was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect—close to beautiful beaches, restaurants, market and great places to explore while still being peaceful and relaxing.The host was exceptional—friendly and responsive. Check-in was easy, communication was excellent, and staff on grounds made us feel at home and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend this condo and host to anyone visiting the Big Island!

We enjoyed our stay, this place is in a perfect location for getting to the beach for snorkeling, getting into town, very close to a market and drugstore. The place was well equipped and the host was very responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

Our stay was great! There was an issue with the AC the first night but Brian got right on it and had fixed by the time we returned the next day from hiking.Location is perfect with the 2nd pool across the street which we had almost to ourselves.Would definitely stay again.

The location and access to the condo were wonderful, prime location with many resort style amenities made this a good spot to call home for our big island trip. The owner was very knowledgeable about the area and gave helpful advice and recommendations. The inside was very clean and had everything we would have liked stocked in the kitchen and bathrooms. There is even a coffee grinder and French press, if you are into that. There were plenty of towels and linens that were pretty good, and although the poster bed was a bit too soft and high for us, we slept fairly well here, as the condo is located in a quiet spot where the patio overlooks the golf course and ocean. The only thing was that the AC was off when we arrived after dark, and it was really hot (90 degrees) with no ceiling fans on, or air moving inside, so after a long day of travel that was not the best scene to walk into and it took several hours to cool down, which was the worst part of staying here. Plenty of beach gear: cooler, beach umbrella, chairs, towels, and some beach toys in the dock box on the patio made our adventuring easy. Safe neighborhood and the restaurant on the property was a cute place to catch a good breakfast as well as live music almost every night of the week all while being only 3 mins away from a grocery. The photos of pool/hot tub/master bath shower are old, they have all been updated and are beautifully done.

We enjoyed staying in this unit. We were 2 couples and had lots of space. The unit was well stocked and very clean! The host is very responsive and helpful recommending restaurants nearby. The terrace is large and we spent time on the terrace when the weather was not cooperative. I just wish we had more time to stay here.

Location of unit was excellent. Easy walk to shopping and beaches, and right across the street from the adults only pool (no noisy children).Only a peekaboo view of the ocean but overlooked a fairway with a southwest exposure. The unit was older and is showing its age, but was spacious, clean and comfortable. The shower was a pleasure to use.

We stayed at Brian’s condo for 9 nights and loved it. The lanai looks over the golf course and we were visited by beautiful little birds every morning while having coffee. The A/C was much appreciated and quiet. The kitchen was well stocked and everything was just as advertised. Do the Manta Ray tour if you can , it was amazing. Also, It’s a short drive or walk up to a large grocery store, Long’s drugs and a couple sports bar. Would definitely stay again.

The condo is beautiful. It is just as advertised. The beds and sheets are comfy. We really appreciated that this felt like a real home. There were coffee filters and laundry detergent. The lanai has a beautiful view. There are boogie boards, beach chairs and an umbrella for beach days. All and all it was a great vacation!
