Nice place from where to explore Maui

Completely furnished and well equipped place to use as a home base for exploring Maui. Well positioned and comfortable with good beds and everything one needs for comfort. We really enjoyed our stay on Maui and recommend this condo

Updated and convenient

Nicely decorated condo with everything you need. Is very convenient to beaches and restaurants. In a fairly busy area, this facility keeps fairly quiet. If you have noisy kids, may not be for you.

Comfortable, Clean, and Relaxing

The property was very clean and had everything we needed for our week on the island. More importantly, property manager Susan went above and beyond making sure we had everything we needed. When there was an issue with the TV, her son and daughter-in-law immediately came over to rectify the situation. If/when we return for another trip to Maui, we will most definitely choose this property again!

A little bit of paradise

My husband, grandson and I stayed here for two days before staying at a larger place for our whole family reunion for our 50th anniversary. It was a perfect location - not far from airport. It was very clean and was nestled in a beautiful garden-like area. It was close to restaurants,stores and shave ice! We were picked up in front of the location for a tour of the Road to Hana! Parking space and pool- very unique Hawaiian decorations. We loved it!

Great place to stay

We had a couple issues with the parking, as our spot was taken by others for the first few days. Susan was very responsive and we had no further issues for the rest of our stay. Place was clean, comfortable and well stocked. Chairs and umbrellas provided. Even beach towels and snorkel eqt (though we had our own). Great patio to sit out and enjoys the morning/evenings. No views, but nice and private! Would definitely come here again.

Best property manager and comfy accommodations

Susan is wonderful! She called me and also happened to be at the property when we checked in. She made sure we had everything we needed. After staying in Lahaina where the property manager wouldn’t call back it was refreshing to have Susan take care of us and have everything working in the unit. Thank you so much Susan! Only bad thing I can say is that the trees outside the bedroom window scratched against the window when it was windy. Would definitely stay in another of Susan’s properties!

Awesome place

This place is an apt example of home away from home. It has everything one would need for an enjoyable stay. It had spacious rooms, plenty of towels, cooking amenities, extras, beach equipments, toys, exactly as described in the property details. Place is walkable to some beaches and short distance drivable to Kama'ole beaches, groceries, restaurants of Kihei. My only small complaint is to do with resort manager who applies rules on non-issues. Example, I was having a morning coffee in the patio and my phone rang and he came running saying its quiet hours (while there was heavy road noise outside, ACs running etc). He started following me in pools etc as if I am an offender. This was a small issue, but kind of bothered a little and we stopped using patio. Nevertheless, I doubt it will happen to others and thus very strongly recommend this place.

Great location. Easy walk to beach. Lots of amenities (snorkel gear, beach chairs & towels, boogie board, 2 small coolers, basic spices & oil, plenty of dishware/cookware/utensils, shampoo/conditioner/soap/dish soap, detergent). Comfortable mattresses. Clean. No ants/roaches/geckos. Pool/hot tub nice - would be nice if closed a little later. Easy to hear people talking outside and neighbors upstairs walking/moving. Lawn care was very loud. Parking numbered but hard to read, especially at night (painted over other writing). Good instructions from property manager helped to find it. Did have issue with someone parking in our spot near end of stay but called property manager who handled the situation quickly such that car was gone within several hours. In general, appreciated the good communication from Susan re: late arrival and parking issue. Overall enjoyed the property and would stay again.

Kihei Presidents Day weekend

Couldn’t have been happier with the property. The bed was incredible, bumped my shins a couple of times on the railings but I have never stayed at a property with a more comfortable mattress. The AC was a little tricky at first (hit the button down by the outlet) but it was very nice once running. If you’re companions on this trip like their beauty products as much as mine does, I’d advise using the kitchen. The bathroom sink area is tiny. Also, be very cognizant of the amount of hot water you use, you’ve got 5-10 minutes before it runs out. Small tank. No juicer/squeezer. Not a big deal at all just putting that in if anyone likes lemons as much as I do. Complex is just a little far for a walk to coffee, Longs, abc etc. if you have somewhere to be, hop in the car it’s a quick drive. Also the sidewalk ends so you’re kind of walking in traffic or in peoples yards. I really liked this location and unit, I’d gladly stay here again

Susan's condo was spotless, comfortable and exactly as describes. We had to cram a 3 day visit into 2 days so we did not get to relax much in the condo, but it was a very comfortable place to lay our heads at night. Mahalo.

Perfect Kihea condo

The condo was absolutely perfect for me, my wife, and our 8-year-old son! The location was ideal for getting around Maui, and we loved how easy it was to explore the island. The kitchen was well-stocked, and we made great use of the beach chairs, snorkeling gear, cooler, and body board—almost daily. The pool and hot tub were a great bonus, perfect for starting the day or relaxing in the evening.We also really enjoyed the short five-minute walk to beautiful beaches, which were perfect for watching the sunset. If you're lucky, you can even spot sea turtles up on the shore near the Humpback Whale Sanctuary Center—such a special experience! The property grounds were beautifully maintained, and Susan was responsive, helpful, and a pleasure to work with. Upon arrival, I appreciated the designated parking spot. It was close to the condo, so carting in groceries was a breeze. The walkout had a nice lanai, which was shaded from the hot morning sun. It’s located very close to the pool, so that made running back and forth extremely easy. The pool area was small, but the setting was conducive to meeting other world travelers. Susan was EXTREMELY accommodating with any questions I had about the unit. Her communication was timely and appreciated.

Quite beautiful location

Perfect Getaway in Maui

Pleasant and quite stay
