Rent a boat or bring yours to spend the day at Stump Pass sandbar. Enjoy world class in/off shore fishing in Lemon Bay or the Gulf of Mexico on your boat or by chartering one. Enjoy your morning coffee on the dock where you may see manatees and other wild life. Snowbird friendly for groups or professional athletes during spring training. Recently renovated due to hurricane Ian.

Annual Gals Golf trip
Property was spacious, comfortable and accommodated our group well. The house has some great features like a game room with pool table and darts on the first floor. Numerous bedrooms and bathrooms that provided space to spread out and be comfortable. Areas to improve the guest experience with the rental property include installation of reliable internet/tv service, repair the hot tub, repair lighting on the garage, incorporate the cost to heat the pool in the rental cost of the house and provide an information binder at the house that explains operation of the house’s technology.

Thanks for your review. Unfortunately the pool heater died during your stay. It was replaced as quickly as possible and is fully operational now. I also refunded a large portion of your stay for the problem as well. Also the lights have been replaced as well. We were unaware they had burnt out until after your stay.
Every TV in the home is a smart TV with multiple owmer accounts logged in and available such as Netflix, prime video, disney plus, as well as directv stream and Youtube TV for live TV. The internet is completely operational, inclduding 1GB speed from xfinity wifi and a wifi extender system so I am unsure whay you mean by reliable internet unfortunately. The internet is very fast.
Most people love the smart tvs in every room so they can log into their own accounts to watch their favorite shows.
I will definitely create a guide book for future guests on how to operate the technology and the pool/spa remote.
Again very sorry the pool heater died during your stay but that was not something that could be anticipated ahead of time as it worked perfectly leading up to and including the first day of your stay.
Thank you for the suggestions you made during your stay as well. They will only make us a better host. We are admittedly not professional short term rental hosts, just a family that rents out their personal home when not in use and we do our best to accommodate everyone with comfortable stays at a great price for the size and amenities available.

Great location for boating, fishing, manatee sighting, and easy access to local fun. No landscaping, curb appeal was rough. Overall the house was clean and met our needs. Would be back again!

Why they chose this property
Englewood is a small quiet town, away from all the hustle and bustle of the city. It has 4 beautiful public beaches, great waterftont restaurants, and and eclectic downtown area called Dearborne St where there are festivals, car shows, boutiques and shops, and restaurants galore!
What makes this property unique
Our ability to accommodate up to 16 guests makes our home great for families that want to vacation together, or snowbirds that want to split the cost of a luxury home with other snowbirds!
