113 Cape Shores - Beautiful Home in Cape Shores

Beautiful new rental home in the super popular Cape Shores community! Just across the street and down a pathway to the beach - you will have water views from several interior rooms.

With ample room to spread out, your guests will be able to take advantage of this wonderful home for your vacation. The open floor plan with living, dining and kitchen spaces are perfect for gathering for a meal or spending an evening playing board games.

The bedrooms are comfortable, private spaces. The Master bedroom, with King bed, TV and a private bathroom with a large shower is comfortably decorated. The second floor has a bedroom with two sets of bunk beds and a TV. There are an additional two bedrooms in addition to a bonus room (also with a TV).

Relax on one of the many decks while you take in the sunshine and cool breezes. Escape to the beach or to the community pool if you want to cool off. Cape Shores also has a fishing pier and tennis courts for your use.

Available for 2 nights stays in the off season

All guest must provide their own linens or OPT in for our linen package.

Owner has had a dog in the unit but NOT pet friendly.

Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage, or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This amount will not be reflected in the quote amount on VRBO.

Beach house in Lewes

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have rented a lot of houses in a lot of different places, but this was probably the most comfortable and best-located house we have experienced.The only downside had to do with "amenities"; when spending this amount for a week's rental, to arrive and not have even token amounts of necessities like garbage bags, laundry and dishwasher soap, or hand soap, seems thoughtless and unnecessary,

Large Family With Children & Babies

The listing does not do this location justice, 50ft to the beach! Great beach views and well furnished and equipped home. Comfortable living arrangements for 6 adults and 5 children. Would highly recommend to any family seeking a stress free beach retreat
