This was an excellent booking for us. The property was exactly as advertised. It was clean and spacious, quiet and private yet close to where we wanted to be, and the host was proactive with information and very quickly responded to any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again!

We have stayed at this condo on several trips to Southern Pines.We enjoy the location which is at the end of a cul-de-sac.The back balcony is peaceful and secluded The condo is very clean and has recently been updated with new carpeting and has been painted.David, the owner, is very responsive.It doesn't get much better than this!

only negative is that i think the dishwasher needs to be replaced. the dishes in the cabinet were dirty and i need to wash them. i did a load and the dishes were not clean after so i hand washed all the dishes

Pleasant stay in Southern Pines

Had a very pleasant stay during our golf pilgrimage to Pinehurst. VRBO is close to dining and courses in the area. Washer/dryer was very handy as we played 9 rounds in 6 days.
