Sister unit in same building available as well just ask for details! Just 2.4 miles to Mid Pines, 2.4 miles to Pine Needles, 6.6 Miles to Pinehurst Resort and less than 10 minutes to Southern Pines. Up a few steps you will enter this second-floor, single-level, condominium with 1,400 square feet. There is tons of light with many windows and two patio doors accessing the balcony. The modern decore has soothing hues of gray, oatmeal and a touch of navy. Enjoy a relaxing evening on the covered balcony overlooking the Hyland Hills fairway or in the den while watching the 55-inch smart tv in the comfortable Broyhill seating group. Kitchen/dining area is open to the den, so everyone can be together as you cook at the granite island. If you need to do a little work, a desk is provided and the home has high speed internet and WiFi. The bedrooms are on opposite sides of the home providing plenty of privacy. 43” Smart TVs in both bedrooms Each bath can be accessed from within the bedrooms with one bath also being accessed from the living.

We are NC natives and moved to Pinehurst in 2003 with our three children and love the area for all it has to offer. In addition to numerous golf courses there are fabulous restaurants, shopping (Downtown Southern Pines and Village of Pinehurst), tennis (clay courts), pickleball, hiking trails and an active equestrian community.
Why they chose this property
This property has an excellent location just off US Highway 1, a short distance from Downtown Southern Pines, Village of Pinehurst and Town of Aberdeen. It is a small community of less than 20 units fronting Hyland Golf Club. The balcony offers ample seating and tranquil views of the course.
What makes this property unique
Two designated parking spots are located just outside the building. The condo is a single-level layout, with a spacious balcony, vastly renovated in 2020 and completely furnished in May 2021. The host is experienced with short term rentals and has taken special care to furnish with the essentials and many extras to make your stay perfect if for only a couple days or longer. A starter pack of items such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap/shampoo/lotion, trash bags, dishwaster detergent and laundry detergent is provided, along with a welcome basket of coffee K-cups and other goodies.
