From these apartments a walkway of only about 30 meters leads you to the sea, so you are quickly at the water. Entrance door, gazebo, barbecue, swing, sandbox and swimming pool you share with the other residents of the house. From the terrace you have a beautiful view of the sea and the mountain Velebit. The lowest ceiling height in apartment CDZ317 is 160 cm. A small beach with sunbeds and umbrellas is available exclusively for the guests of the apartments.



Please note that: Bed linen and towels are included in the room rate in 2025. Consumption costs are included in the room rate. Up to one pet is allowed. Outdoor pool on site shared with other guests is open May - end September. Property is located near a highway.

Eenvoudig appartement.

Eenvoudig appartement. Verwacht geen luxe maar wat je nodig hebt zit erin. Je kunt koken douchen en zelfs de was doen. Opvallend was hoe schoon het appartement was en hoe aardig de beheerders-eigenaren. De omgeving is laat in het seizoen 3 x niks. Het dorp is leeg en alleen locale bewoners tref je aan. De plaatselijke restaurants hebben niets meer op voorraad en overal is het cash betalen. Voor de omgeving heb je een auto nodig. Het is 3 km naar het dorp en 7 kilometer naar de grote supermarkt. Het zwembad is niet verwarmd. Voor rust moet je hier zijn. Zadar ligt op ongeveer een half uur met de auto dus is het raadzaam een auto te huren vanaf het vliegveld
