This fully renovated 80-square-meter house is located in the Saint Enogat area, the birthplace of Dinard. It is a two-story home with a spiral staircase leading up to the attic-converted upper level and features a large 500 m² garden.

The house is located 600 metres from the beach and close to all shops, making it possible to stay here without a car.
The coastal path along the shore, the thalassotherapy centre overlooking the sea, and Dinard’s large market are all great options for outings, as is heading to the beach to explore a coastline rich in colours that change daily with the tides.
Close to Saint-Malo, accessible by boat; near Dinan, along the Rance River; or a little further away at Mont Saint-Michel—you can vary your outings and explore the Emerald Coast.

Les échanges avec l'hôte ont été très fluides et cordiaux. La maison est agréable, moderne et bien aménagée. Notamment, la chambre/dortoir sous les toits a été très appréciée par les adultes qui y ont parfaitement dormi.Le jardin est très agréable, la maison est proche de la plage et des commerces, tout est réuni pour passer un très beau séjour à Dinard.

Vacances au calme

La maison très bien entretenue est située à proximité de tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin si on aime marcher et découvrir la côte bretonne. Le logement est, selon nous, idéal pour 3 personnes. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir pour de futures vacances en Bretagne.
