We really enjoyed our stay at Connie and Tim's property. Close to golf courses and shopping. It was lovely and relaxing. We would highly recommend this property to anyone.

We were visiting with my brother and sister-in-law for our Mom’s 90th birthday! The 2 bedroom, 2 bath layout was perfect for the four of us. The house was conveniently located, comfortable, clean, and we easily found everything we needed during our stay. Connie was very responsive, and a perfect host. We would definitely stay here again!

This house by far has been the cleanest, most equipped home I have ever rented. Highly recommend is anyone is looking for a rental in The Grand!

Fantastic Stay!

If you're looking for a cozy, comfortable place to stay, this is it! It's in a great location and just a few turns off of the 303 freeway. Everything was fresh, clean and well kept. Check in and check out is a breeze. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. I took a lovely 30 minute walk to the waterfall and to the west, there were hot air balloons floating by! There are two bicycles in the garage that are available to use. I rode the green bicycle with no issues. There are some great restaurants off of Bell Road, and Costco is only a 13 minute drive. This felt like home away from home and I would definitely recommend! Connie is fantastic with communication and was very flexible with accommodations. Thank you for such an awesome experience!

I appreciated Heather taking such great care of our home in Surprise. Heather was respectful, polite and followed all the house instructions on staying here and checking out. I would definitely enjoy having Heather back at our home at any time in the future.

Winter escape

Nicely furnished. Comfortable beds, and the owner had paid particular attention to items we would needed to fix meals at home. Owner was very responsive to our questions and observations. Easy access to major thoroughfares to travel in and around the NW valley.

Great place

Such a great house with the best hosts! We loved the space, loved the backyard with all the quail and truly enjoyed our time there. It was clean, spacious, had everything we needed, both Tim and Connie were easy to get ahold of and got back to us quickly whenever we had a question and were always so helpful! We had some small issues with the trash and wifi that were both fixed and in a timely manner. Next time we are back in AZ we will definitely be back to their place again! Thank you!
