FULLY FURNISHED VACATION RENTAL! Beautiful updated 2 bed/1 bath home with a lovely Arizona room! Spacious eat-in kitchen is fully equipped with granite counter tops. Spacious master bedroom with plenty of closet space with king size beds in each room. Enjoy your sparkling private pool outside or the cozy cabana. (This is a non- heated pool) Fantastic central Surprise location close to freeways, golf and restaurants.

Excellent Villa, Clean and tidy, great area quiet and easy to get to Phoenix or Scottsdale. Host excellent very attentive and kept in touch making sure everything was alright. Would definitely stay again

Perfect!

This was a perfect accommodation for us to visit with family nearby. Loved everything about the place. Thanks for the thoughtfulness (such as breakfast for the first morning) and attention to detail. We would love to stay again when visiting the area.

The perfect home for a small group

We loved this house. The pool was amazing and the house was spotless. It was the perfect fit for my husband and my elderly Mom. Loved the comfortable decor.

Loved this home ❤️. Cozy, comfortable, and well stocked!! Even had items in fridge and cabinets for breakfast!! Close to amazing restaurants and you have to get ice cream from Handel's 😋. Sooo good 😊. We definitely would stay here again!!!

Nice little home in Surprise

Well kept home with stocked refrigerator & pantry, heated pool, all the appliances and garage, communicative host who even offered fresh linens after 1 week! Only drawback is the noise from Bell road, when cars without mufflers enjoy cruising at 4 am.

Relaxing oasis

By far the best VRBO we have stayed at. Very clean, tastefully decorated, a beautiful pool, and so many extra touches. All other places will now be compared to this house.

This property is perfect! Kim was amazing to work with and the house and the pool are clean and well maintained. The house is well stocked with everything you will need, and you can travel stress free. We will definitely be back!

This place was awesome! Extremely clean and organized. So many little extras to make the stay comfortable. The host has thought of every little detail. Communication was great. When we had a question the host answered immediately. This was a wonderful home and is 5 star place to stay.

Me and MY husband had a great time here family came to swim . house was amazing clean loved all the bird feeders my grandkids loved the finches that came to eat . condiments , eggs bread , drinks in the fridge . Kim was amazing at communication we will definitely be back

We spent three days in this home to visit nearby relatives and the house was perfect!! Everything plus a lot of extras was provided and communication with the owner was easy and quick. We will probably stay here again in the near future!!

I’m trying to think of something negative about this place, but can’t. Very clean, just enough communication from host, great pool, stocked fridge and cabinets. My best rental ever and it is not even close.

Beautiful home in a great location!

Our stay was perfect! Kim was outstanding! The home was spotless and had everything and more that we needed for our stay. Even with the heat we enjoyed the beautiful pool each morning & evening. The communication prior to arriving was informative and helpful. She truly goes above and beyond to make her guests feel welcome! Already looking for dates to come later this year!

Perfectg Retreat

Kim was great, very responsive and helpful. Home was perfect for my wife, 14 yr old son and myself. Everything you need is provide plus some surprises (food, drinks and goodies). Great location, close to lots of restaurants and shopping!

Summer Vacay

This place was perfect for our family of 3. Great location and nice quiet neighborhood. This was our 2nd time staying at this house and it was beyond excellent. Communication with the host (Kim) was extraordinary, plus she is very flexible and even provided some extra amenities for our when we arrived. The house was very clean and had everything we needed and more, especially the pool for those hot Arizona days. We will more than likely look into staying here the next time we visit the area.

Great Rental near Phoenix, AZ

The property owner Kim was amazing from start to finish. She goes above and beyond to make the stay experience unique. Some food and beverages are stocked for the guests to enjoy and it makes a wonderful welcome. The home is impeccable and gives a real feel of home away from home. The pool is fantastic and (at least while we were there) the water temperature was perfect at around 80ºF. My family enjoyed it very much. The house is located near many restaurants and shops. I highly recommend this property for small families (4-5 people max.).

Amazing!

We just recently stayed. This was probably one of the best VRBOs that we have stayed at. Everything was perfect! They even provided food and drinks, including wine and beer. The house was adorable! They also provided several things to do, like video games, a guitar and several super fun coloring books and word puzzles. Definitely recommend!
