Emplacement magnifique

Cette bâtisse bénéfice d’un emplacement exceptionnel en bord de mer avec un accès direct à cette dernière. Sa situation permet également de rejoindre le centre ville à pied très facilement. Nous y avons passé une très belle semaine.

Imprenable vue sur la mer et le golfe de Saint Florent

Nous avons séjourné 3 semaines en mai dans la maison d'Anne. Enorme point fort : La terrasse en front de mer offrant une vue sur le golfe de Saint Florent. C'est beau quand la météo est médiocre et c'est splendide lorsqu'il fait beau. On ne s'en lasse pas. Epoustouflant. L'accès direct à la plage de galets est un plus, ainsi que le paddle mis à disposition. Ayant séjourné avec des bébés et jeunes enfants, pouvoir accéder à l'eau entre deux impératifs (sieste, goûter, bain, dîner etc.) a été bien appréciable. Autre point fort : Anne a été très réactive durant notre séjour pour répondre à nos messages. Les 4 chambres à l'étage sont spacieuses et bien distribuées autour d'un salon d'hiver avec vue sur mer ! - 2 suites parentales très très confortables avec douche/bain et toilettes intégrés - 2 chambres avec douche (un peu vieillotte mais correcte) Au rez-de-chaussée : un super grand salon ; la table ronde attenante à la cuisine est très confortable pour manger en intérieur; les nombreux équipements de la terrasse (barbecue, table, chaises/fauteuils, desserte etc.) et les points d'ombre sont parfaits pour profiter de l'extérieur. Le rangement de la maison est imparfait. Il y avait suffisament de place pour que chacun range ses affaires et s'installe convenablement. Ce n'est pas organisé comme un hôtel mais une maison que les propriétaires font vivre et qui vous accueillera aussi. Le toit-terrasse est condamné, il reste tant de potentiel à cette maison. Bref, on reviendra !
