Une belle maison avec un joli parc et une grand piscine mais qui nécessiteraient d’être mieux entretenus: une table de jardin sur la terrasse manquante, le store du salon cassé, la piscine mal nettoyée, une grille de barbecue inutilisable et une caution de 500 demandée la veille de notre arrivée (non précisée sur l’annonce). Prévoir aussi de composer avec le chien du propriétaire. Notre séjour s’est bien passé. Mais il nous paraît compliqué de demander d’un côté une caution et de prendre en photos chaque pièce au début du séjour et de l’autre de ne pas fournir un logement irréprochable.

Séjour très agréable en famille dans une maison charmante, grande piscine, jardin au calme, super emplacement pour rayonner dans les différentes activités et intérêts culturels de la région. Nous avons aussi été très bien accueillis par notre hôte fort sympathique. A refaire :)

Agréable séjour

La maison est située à 10mn de Périgueux dans un endroit calme, le jardin est très grand, les enfants ont pu en profiter pleinement pour jouer au ballon! L'été lorsque la piscine est en fonction cela doit être très agréable!! Patrice est un hôte très accueillant, nous avons passé un très bon séjour.
