Very nice flat of 50 m ² located in a central residence built in 2006, on the slopes, close the VANOISE EXPRESS (acces to LA PLAGNE) and the PEISEY chairlift (acces to LES ARCS).
This apartment for 4 people is composed of an entrance hall, a comfortable living room with a kitchenette and 2 bedrooms, one with double bed and direct acces to the balcony and the other one with 2 single beds.
There is also a shower room, a bathroom and separated toilets.

Located on the 3rd floor, with lift, you will have a view over the valley.

Good to know : Sheets and towels are provided and delivered to the apartment for stays of 7 nights in winter (excluding summer and short stays).
You can book your lift passes, your ski equipment and your ski lessons at special prices.
You will collect the services ordered upon arrival at the agency.
A deposit must be paid by credit cart at your arriving. It will be not possible to pick up the key without the paiement of this deposit.
End of stay cleaning not included.

INFORMATION: the furniture must not be moved under any circumstances. Fabric covers should not be removed from beds and left clean, beds should be undone properly with duvets folded and placed at the foot of each bed. Any breach of these instructions will be invoiced on deposit: 10 € per bed, 25 € per missing mattress, 300 € for the replacement of the furniture.
