Great apartment, modern, well-equipped and ideal location, being only a few minutes walk to the ski lifts, shops, bars, restaurants. Marie (host) was very helpful in sharing information and answering questions. Two minor points - the key could not be collected at the time/place agreed in advance, which was disappointing. Also, the 130 euro fee for cleaning is expensive considering the size of the apartment and it doesn't include cleaning the kitchen, only linens and all other areas of the apartment.

Great property, very well equipped, Marie was very helpful and responsive to all emails. There was a very odd smell in the second bedroom which we werent sure if it was drains or something in the room itself but it lingered for the whole holiday.

Beautiful apartment in great location

The communication with the owner was great and she responded to questions very quickly. The concierge next door was extremely helpful and friendly. Collecting the keys and accessing the apartment was very easy, and exactly as described by the owner. The apartment is beautiful, very well equipped and exactly as it appears in the photos. It was also spotlessly clean. It was perfect for our family if 5 in a great location. We had a fantastic stay and hopefully will return in the future.

Great

Really comfortable, warm and spacious apartment to stay at. There were 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Kitchen well stocked with everything you need. Just a 2 minute walk to the ski lifts and cafes and shops. Underground parking space and ski locker in building. Would highly recommend. The only gripe we had was the 120 Euro cleaning fee!

Apartment Les Arcs 1800

A fantastic apartment. Very well located just 2 minutes walk from the ski lifts and shops. Private car park space in the block made travel easy. Close to the centre but the flat faces away down the valley so it is lovely and quiet at night. Plenty of chill out space. Sunday changeover is great to avoid the worst of the traffic and quiet pistes on the Saturday. Just a shame the check in / key pick up isn't a bit more flexible with regards to getting them earlier. Fantastic communication from Marie the owner. Thank you for a great stay.

Fabulous apartment!

Exactly as described - well equipped apartment, tastefully decorated with everything we needed. The view from the balcony was beautiful and the location was great - only a few minutes walk from the shops, restaurants & ski lifts. 4 of us stayed (2 adults and 2 teenagers) and we had adequate space. Communication with Marie was very good, she was always responsive and happy to help. The only thing we would change would be the option to check in earlier than 4pm as we arrived into Les Arcs in the morning from an early flight - nowhere to leave luggage and impossible to contact the concierge to discuss options. Also the 130 euros for cleaning (optional) seems expensive. Other than that we would highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Une belle découverte

Pour une première fois aux Arcs, nous avons adoré l'appartement de Marie. Il est très lumineux, l’espace parents et enfants est bien séparé. La vue sur les montagnes est superbe et par beau temps la terrasse est vraiment agréable. Il est idéalement situé a proximité des pistes ( un peu loin tout de même de l’esf pioupiou avec des enfants en bas âge). Marie est très accueillante et répond a toutes les questions avant et après le séjour. C’est une adresse que nous gardons ( les 3 luges mises a disposition ont fait le bonheur des enfants). Un grand merci

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la propreté de l'appartement ainsi que son emplacement. Soleil en hiver à partir de 15h30 environ ce qui est agréable lorsqu'on rentre du ski. 2 petits inconvénients : Il y avait parfois une remonté d'odeur d'égout par la trappe de la petite chambre au lits superposés. Et il n'y a pas de four, ce qui est pénalisant pour préparer des plats pour 6 personnes. Il y a quand même un micro onde avec grill, mais ça n'est pas du tout pareil. Merci pour cet agréable séjour!
