Total floor space: 210 m² including attic areas. Washing machine and dryer in the basement (access from outside). Terrace. Ground. Gravel courtyard and parking. Renovated country barn, located on the road to Valmorel, less than 2 km from shops, supermarkets and services open all year round in Aigueblanche. 31 km from the Col de la Madeleine, between the Tarentaise and Maurienne valleys, a legendary pass for cyclists. An exemplary renovation for this barn in an industrial style where the mountain atmosphere is part of modernity. Large parking space for 4/5 cars. Free skibus shuttle in winter 1.2 km away.
