Great time at Pickerel Lake

Our family really enjoyed our stay. We spent some great family time together relaxing and and enjoying the lakes fishing and tubing. It's a wonderful home and we would love to return again sometime.

Family getaway

We stayed here with my family with kids ranging from 1-17 yrs old and there was something fun for all ages. The setup is perfect for a group gathering or multiple families. We loved having access right on the lake but also had a lot of fun playing basketball, ping pong or hjust relaxing on the deck with beautiful sunset views. Pete and Lee were easy to communicate with and were quick to answer any questions we had. Just a great place to stay and would definitely recommend it!

Christmas in August

This place is beautiful, it had plenty of room for all of us. Pete was very helpful everytime I had a question. The only down fall is there are a lot of steps up to the cottage and down to the dock. I have arthritis in my knees and we had twin 2 year olds which made it a bit tricky. Also we had 2 dogs and there is very little yard and room for them to run. The neighbors are very close. But these are things that were not a show stopper. I gave my kids, grandkids and great grandkids this week as a Christmas presents. We had a great time on the pontoon and fishing. I would highly recommend this cottage.

Feels like home.

This place was incredible and I wish I had more time to enjoy it but we were working. The home has everything you could ever need. It brought back my best memories as a child vacationing with my family in our cabins. This house is not setup like a sterile rental but rather has a ton of character and invites you in like a warm hug. Can't wait to come back again and bring my family to enjoy some tranquility on the lake.

Excellent 1st Lake Cabin Experience

Our stay at Calm Bay Cottage was very enjoyable. The setting is beautiful and the cottage provides several comfortable areas inside and outside for relaxation and enjoyment with family. We found the kitchen very accommodating and enjoyed thoroughly the large dining area and quiet spaces throughout the cabin. The generous sleeping space and 2.5 bathrooms met our needs very well. Pete and Lee were great to work with and made sure that any and all questions and needs were met. We appreciate their beautiful cabin and enjoyed ourselves immensely.
