From booking through staying, everything was super easy to manage, accessible and easy to deal with, especially considering that we travelled with our dog. Great communication, the location itself was nice and easy to get around with or without a car. The house is just about 5 min away from the next bus stop which was free to use and get around to the lakes for hiking. The village was a short walk away for food or other fun activities. Overall great stay!

Great condo in amazing location

Amazing quick shuttle to and from Eagle lodge. Very spacious living area and the beds were comfy. Nice and clean and the kitchen is well stocked. The host is responsive and even helped us stay an extra night when we were snowed in. We will stay here again!

Great Stay

Love the location. Clean and comfortable. Central heat isn't great so the unit is largely heated by space heaters and the wood-burning stove.

Excellent summer access to Mammoth Mountain

Very clean and comfortable. Unit was exactly as described and a perfect spot to access the Mammoth Mountain Bike/People Shuttle and the Mammoth Lakes Bike/People Shuttle. Both shuttles are just a couple blocks away. Loved the deck for the cool afternoon breezes, and the wall heaters to keep off the nighttime freezing temps. Fully equipped with everything we needed. Unit Property Managers were friendly, attentive, and available if needed. I would recommend this unit and would/will stay here again next year if available.

Great location for ski trip!

I stayed at Tim & Tracy's for a ski trip with my fiancee and another couple. The location was great, the condo was spacious and clean. The beds were very comfortable. Tim & Tracy were also very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed for a great stay!
