This centrally-located, three-story townhome at Canyons Park City makes a great base camp for the ultimate family ski-cation! Enjoy access to a variety of deluxe, on-site amenities like shared seasonal pools, hot tubs, a sauna, and a fitness center. Tennis and volleyball courts are available during the summer months.

Inside, the open great room features a well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a dining area with seating, and a spectacular living area with soaring ceilings, a wall of windows, a cable TV, and a gas fireplace for chilly winter nights.

Outside, fire up the gas grill and get ready for superb summertime barbecues. For sleeping options, there are two lower-level rooms with en suite bathrooms, a main-level bunk room off the kitchen, and a top-floor bedroom with en suite bathroom, vaulted ceiling, TV, and a desk and chair. A Pack 'n Play is provided for those traveling with little ones.

This home is two blocks from the free citywide shuttle stop and within walking distance of the Canyons Cabriolet lift, which will take you to the Canyons base village. (The Canyons Village Connect is a complimentary, on-demand ride service available within Canyons Village at Park City Mountain during winter operating dates.)

This condo is less than four miles from Park City's historic Main Street, which features the Egyptian Theatre, restaurants, live entertainment, galleries, museums, and unique shops. The Utah Olympic Park is also nearby, where you can take a guided tour, see the museum, or zoom overhead on a zip line in the summer.

Things to Know
The clubhouse, pools, hot tub, and sauna are closed annually between Labor Day and Thanksgiving.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Ski shuttle details: Local Canyons Shuttle and City Wide Bus Service. Local Shuttle service (within the Canyoons) is Canyons Village Connect. App is available for pick up and drop off door to door.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
