Whether you are looking to be the first one on the slopes or enjoy the day at the hot tub and fitness room- this condo is for you. This condo is Newly Renovated and boasts a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer and fireplace that is perfect for families! The condo features a King bed in the master bedroom and 2 twins or a Split King in the 2nd Bedroom. Daily touch up is included. For stays longer than 5 nights there is a complimentary mid-stay clean that includes linen change.
This two-bedroom, two-bathroom residence has a west-facing view towards Vail mountain and a spacious patio with a grill creating the ideal Vail retreat. The rustic décor includes a fully upgraded kitchen and bathrooms with granite countertops.
Rental Agreement
All reservations are required to have a signed rental agreement on file with Vail Butler in order to be considered confirmed. Rental agreements will be reviewed and signed digitally. Depending upon the booking channel on which you reserved, this agreement is likely to be shared in a follow up email.

Check in instructions and/or a home guide will be sent to guests via a text message link 72 and 24 hours prior to arrival. Guests must ensure a valid cell phone number is on file. Otherwise, check in instructions will not be received.
