The domicile is popular also because of the view from the property of the lake and its quiet and sunny location. Available for exclusive use are: lawn for sunbathing, sunshade, deck chair, barbecue facility, terrace and garden furniture.

Your holiday house consists of 2 floors, 2 rooms (from which 1 bedroom), is 55 sqm and can accommodate up to 2 persons. Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. On colder days your holiday house can be heated with central heating (gas). The entrance leads over an external stair directly in the kitchen living. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Bedroom with 1 double bed and TV.
1st floor: Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, bidet and hairdryer. Eat-in kitchen Cooking nook in the eat-in kitchen with TV, gas stove, oven, refrigerator, electric water boiler and washing machine.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with washing machine.


Location
Madonna Del Sasso. The holiday home is located on an enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (paved). Parking (for 1 car) on the property.
