Orchard House is so inviting. We enjoyed the outside area, the hot tub, the beautiful little creek, the fireplace and Cornhole game! Inside is warm and welcoming combining the old with the new. Very clean. Beds comfortable. Kitchen well stocked, loved the iron skillet.Great location. We are regulars at Mountain Dog Coffee when in the area. Hope to come and stay again, soon.

Peaceful Stay

This property is a beautiful natural setting. The creek and mountain views are spectacular. We enjoyed walking the road, the nearby trails, and visiting the conference center next door.

We always love staying with Blue Ridge Mountain Rentals. They are excellent hosts and all of their properties are in great condition. Orchard House was no exception. From the beautiful interior, to the creek, the large porch, and hot tub, we loved this house and enjoyed every moment in it. Thank you for a great stay!

Perfect getaway

We loved this house and would absolutely stay there again! We visited with our family and friends and the house was spacious while also cozy, relaxing and serene while still being fun and easily accessible. The creek and hot tub were a hit with the kids and the covered porch was a hit with the adults. It’s an awesome house!

Beautiful home in the mountains!

Beautiful home in the mountains with everything we needed to relax and enjoy time with family. Very clean home with lots of space for family and little ones. Our kids are already asking to go back to the house and we just left!

Fabulous mountain getaway!

We loved our time at the Orchard House. Plenty of space for our family of four. The kitchen was perfect for cooking great meals. The highlight was the outdoor sofa/seating area where we relaxed, had our coffee and read. The creek is beautiful and enjoyed the family of deer that wandered through each evening, along with the fireflies and birds. We didn’t want to leave! Thanks to the owners for making their beautiful property available to enjoy!

Great Location!

If you love Valle Crucis, this is the home for you. We enjoyed walking to the Valle Country Fair and trout fishing in the creek on the property. The home is clean and well appointed. Had fires on the porch two evenings. Watched college football outside and enjoyed the hot tub. Neighbors are close by and on two nights a neighbor spent an hour blowing leaves with a gasoline powered blower. Beautiful claw footed tubs are nice for bathing, but awkward to shower in. Not all the blinds are functional for privacy.

Beautiful Home!

This home is so beautiful! Very spacious and easily accommodates a larger group. We actually didn't have our kids with us, but I wish we had because they would have loved the creek right out front, and the kids room upstairs with the bunk beds + couch/tv. The porch and outdoor fireplace is amazing. I also love the location. Very close to the original Mast General store, and an easy drive to Boone or Banner Elk. Would absolutely stay here again!

This is a great house.

This house was wonderful overall. The set up Is great for a group that includes kids. Beds were comfortable, very nice appliances. The house was well stocked with cooking supplies and they have a very thorough binder of information about things to do in the area. We enjoyed the porch and fireplace and the kids loved playing in the creek. Our only complaint is that the property manager only provides one towel per person, which wasn’t ideal with a house full of kids. We called the property manager to ask for more towels but had no response. Overall, we had a great time and would highly recommend the house.
