Property was under light construction, but don't let that bother you. The room was clean, and the balcony view was beautiful. Pool areas were beautiful and clean also. Would stay again in the future

Great stay but the construction on the second day of our stay was very loud with construction

Good Stay but construction on the second day started at 8 with loud music and drilling and they worked until 9 at night playing loud music.

Thank you for staying with us, and for sharing your feedback, Judith. I am truly sorry to hear about the inconvenience caused by the ongoing construction. While we do not have any control over the external factors, we agree that loud music is not ideal for a peaceful getaway. We will relay this to the condo management to minimize the disruption for future guests.

Beach Time

The place was great. We loved the easy access to the beach and how pet friendly it was. Only disappoint was all the construction happening on the outside of the building and the elevator was out of order.

Thank you for the feedback and highlighting the positive aspects of your stay, Trisha. We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the construction in front of the building and the elevator. The owner reduced the rates for this unit due to these reasons. Sadly, we do not have any control over these, but we appreciate you for bringing them to our attention. Hopefully, the construction will be completed soon. Appreciate your understanding, and thanks again for choosing to stay with us!

Clean, cute little place by the beach!

We had a great stay! Love that you can see the ocean from this condo, and you can get there with a quick walk across the street. The AC works really well, and the place was super clean. It smelled so nice when we got there. My kids loved the bunk beds. The pool is also amazing!

Hi Amy, We are glad you enjoyed your stay. The issue with the balcony was disclosed completely in the listing when you rented. We understand the balcony issues have been frustrating to everyone...guests, owners, and managers. We look forward to all balconies at Maravilla being repaired and released for use by the end of 2022. We look forward to having you back in the future so you can thoroughly experience the gentle Gulf breezes from the new balcony. Enjoy the rest of your summer! Tami and the BTVR Team

Great getaway for small family

Super cute & cozy condo for a couple or small family. We very much appreciate pet friendly options that are clean & smell great! Would be nice to have a washer/dryer in unit & to be able to use the balcony, but were made aware it wasn’t available prior to arrival. We enjoyed the pools, beautiful green space on property & ocean view very much!

David, thank you so very much for your review for ADORA! The internet connection at Adora has been fully restored! The dishwasher does indeed work, there is just a switch that needs to be turned on before attempting to power and use the dishwasher. We will ensure our Property Care Team post a label with instructions for future valued guests. The gym is currently under renovations at the Maravilla, however, our neighbors next door at the Marriott are allowing our valued BTVR Guests to use their gym at no additional cost at this time until Maravilla gym is back up and running on-site! Thank you for being our valued guest David! It was a pleasure to host you and your loved ones this summer! We hope to have you all back on Beach Time with us soon so we can earn your 5 Star Review! April and the Beach Time Team
