This charming classic 1940's beach cottage is just steps from the beach, shops & local dining! A comfortable, cozy "at home" feeling with warm earthy tones, wood floors and cedar paneling accent this top floor suite's 3 bedrooms, one bath, separate living room, kitchen, and dining area. Feel like you are up in an aerie and enjoy sea breezes on the front porch in rocking chairs with and view of the ocean a half-block away. This single floor suite accommodates smaller groups of up to six adults but it can be combined with the main floor- "Captain's Quarters" below, as a whole house rental for larger family gatherings, via a central spiral stairway. Ideally located a short 1/2 block from the beach, and midway from Johnny Mercer's pier and the heart of downtown Wrightsville beach on a quiet street with family-owned, year-round resident properties. This property has a breezy porch with an eagle's view of the ocean and a "secret garden" in a fenced-in backyard.
What makes this property unique
Proximity to Beach, Town, Shops, and local dining. Just steps to the beach and one short block walk to the sound where you can see beautiful sunsets.
