This is a newly updated two-bedroom, two-bathroom villa in Beachwalk at Shipyard Plantation on Hilton Head Island. You'll be just a 10 to 15-minute walk from the beach, the community swimming pool, and the tennis court.

Great stay

The condo was very clean, had plenty of space for our family of 6, and had everything we needed. Wish it was a little closer to the beach, but the path down to the beach is easy especially on bikes. We had a great stay!

Lovely beach apartment

We really enjoyed our time in this apartment! It was clean, comfortable with plenty of space and convenient to everything. The walk to the beach is seriously only about 8 min on a private pedestrian/bike path and very manageable and safe with two small kids in tow. We’ll definitely be coming back!

We really liked this 2 bedroom rental. It was beautifully decorated with comfortable, modern furniture. The kitchen was well equipped. Very clean. We especially liked the location, with close proximity to the beach entrance. Overall a really great choice!

Needs some tlc

This is a prime location and people will book it because of this, but it’s a shame the owner can’t do something about the dirt on the banister and door frames, put a proper disposal in the sink and at least leave the place with working lightbulbs.

Old, broken, and stained

We have vacationed in hilton head multiple years and this is by far the worst experience we've ever had. Furniture was stained and outdated. No proper sheets for the pullout bed. When we went to wash clothes for the first time, we could clearly see that the washer was broken and we called right away and it was never fixed or even given an update. The walls were scratched and stained and the blinds on the windows were broken and we also called about that as well. The stove was dented and pillows were all stained. At first glance, things looked in order but when you really looked around, all you can see was old, broken, and stained furniture and appliances. Only positive was the location to the beach.

The Treehouse

Beachwalk 179 was lovely and spacious for our family. Nestled in the woods of the Shipyard, my kids affectionately refer to Beachwalk 179 as "the Treehouse". Easy access to Shelter Cove and Sea Pines. Shipyard is a beautiful location with much to do, including golf, tennis, and of course, the beach.

Beachwalk 179

Beachwalk 179 worked well for our family during our beach trip this past week. Check in was easy and the keyless entry was perfect for our family. The walk to the beach was as expected and some days we rode our bikes there. The pool is close to the unit. When we used the it in the late afternoon, it was not too crowded. The unit had plenty of extra bedding for fold out couch (if you needed it). The kitchen was well supplied with cooking utensils and two coffee makers (one regular and a Keurig). Not too long of a bike ride for teenagers and adults to Coligny for ice cream. Overall it was a great location and a good time was had by all.

Great location, very short walk to the beach. Short bike ride to Coligny Circle. Very comfortable, nicely furnished codo. Just needed baking dishes. There were 5 adults and 2 under 2 in our party. All had room and enjoyed our stay.
