Natural stone house in a protected, romantic river valley

La Molina is a green holiday oasis for those looking for a quiet, ecological destination - private - and opened up with a love of nature and details.

The stone house Casita Azul is for 2 people and offers a cozy kitchen. There is a double bed and a toddler, we provide you an extra bed available.

The studio is equipped among other things with a big gas fridge freezer and has an own bathroom. In cool nights, a wood burning stove creates a cozy atmosphere.

The studio has a terrace with seating and a small private garden. Visitors are welcome to use all the other community places on La Molina, to enjoy such. As the children's paddling pool barbecue facilities and other numerous places to stay and around the sun and life.

La Molina includes 1.5 acres of land and offers a myriad wealth of flora and fauna. The finca is located in natural law protected valley of Rio del Escarpes Trejo, a river, which is also ideal in the summer to splash around and cool.

The country invites you to enjoy your meal and watch the river turtles sunbathing, enjoying the variety of birds and their song, to admire the majestic flight of the river Heron. A place to let your soul, pushed the everyday into the distance.

The excellent location of La Molina is a good starting point for excursions into the surrounding nature reserves with some of Spain's best walking routes and with a variety of active holiday options.

Ronda, one of the most beautiful cities in Andalusia, is only 20 km away. Seville, Cordoba, Cadiz, Granada, to reach Gibraltar in comfortable day trips.

Grüne Oase im Flusstal

Wir haben den Aufenthalt bei Carola (und Karin sowie drei Hunden und einigen Katzen) sehr genossen! Die Gastgeberinnen haben uns freundlich empfangen, waren immer ansprechbar und hilfsbereit, respektierten gleichzeitig unsere Privatsphäre. Der schöne Naturgarten mit Blumen, Gemüse, Kräutern, Liegestühlen und Hängematten lädt zu einem längeren Aufenthalt ein. Umweltbewusstsein ist in La Molina wichtig. Mit dem Auto sind umliegende Ortschaften und Ausgangspunkte für Wanderungen gut zu erreichen. (Die Fahrt zum nächsten Lebensmittelgeschäft dauert etwa 10 Minuten, ein großer Lidl ist in Ronda (30 Minuten). In die Sierra de Grazalema dauert es etwa 45 Minuten.) Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, um sich alle Mahlzeiten selbst zubereiten zu können. Insgesamt hatten wir einen schönen, erholsamen Aufenthalt. La Molina ist einen Besuch allemal wert!

Gemütlicher und naturbelassener Ort zum Entspannen

Wer die Natur liebt und einfach seine Seele baumeln lassen will ist hier genau richtig. Tagsüber ein herrlicher Blick in die Felsenformationen, Abends das Zirpen der Grillen genießen und nachts unter dem Sternenhimmel träumen. Die Casita ist mit viel Liebe hergerichtet und super gemütlich. Das Örtchen Setenil ist jederzeit ein Besuch - auch zu Fuß möglich - wert.

This place is paradise, actual paradise!

We had a beautiful fortnight in this magical place that we will always remember. Carola and Karin were exceptional hosts from the beginning, offering tips on places to go and where to eat. The land at La Molina is a little piece of paradise amidst the otherwise arid Andalucian landscape. A lot of hard work has been put into its creation, the finger marks in the mortar are testament to that! We happily spent many a day relaxing in the sunshine, sitting by the stream and if we were very lucky getting a cuddle from the most beautiful dogs you will ever meet! Evenings were often spent star gazing from the hammocks - total bliss! Setenil is beautiful too with several restaurants and beautiful shops stocking some of the local produce. Ronda and Zahara are easy drives and well worth it.
