Little gem of the Quercy, a beautiful house with swimming pool for the holidays



Located on the heights, in a perched hamlet near Cajarc, an adorable authentic Quercy house, full of charm, awaits you for the holidays. With its low stone walls, its wisteria, its roofs and its old stones, its vault, its cazelle, its swimming pool and its covered terrace... it’s a real little corner of paradise!

Set off to discover the Lot and Aveyron, Saint-Cirq-Lapopie, Rocamadour, the superb Célé valley, the Pech Merle caves, the gourmet markets... on foot, by bike or by kayak! Laze around the swimming pool and cook delicious meals on the barbecue or the plancha. Everything is there for a perfect family vacation!

The house is perfectly suited to accommodate two families with children or three couples. The house is located in a quiet hamlet on the heights of Salvagnac-Cajarc. Super-equipped kitchen with dishwasher to give free rein to your culinary talents. Living room with open fire for winter evenings. Sober and neat decoration, wooden floors, outdoor kitchen, heated swimming pool. At nap time, enjoy the different corners of the garden to relax in peace. Enjoy the fruit trees (plums, Mirabelle plums, figs, wild strawberries) and the herb garden to enhance your meals.

On the garden level, a large master bedroom with shower room and a separate WC.
Upstairs, a beautiful master bedroom with exposed beams, two adjoining bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with bunk beds, a shower room and WC. The upstairs bedrooms have air conditioning.
In the garden, near the swimming pool, a fresh 5th bedroom with double bed.

Parking for two or three cars.
Fenced garden. For the safety of children, fenced and secure swimming pool with alarm.
Pets not allowed.
Because this old house has a lot of stairs, it is unfortunately not suited for persons with wheelchairs or impaired mobility.

Nous avons passé un super moment dans cette maison qui est vraiment très agréable. Petit havre de paix où il fait bon séjourner en famille ou entre amis. L’espace avec la cuisine extérieur est top, les équipements sont de qualité et il ne manque rien. Encore merci à Muriel pour votre réactivité et Lucie pour l’accueil !

Avons apprécié la maison, la piscine et la région. Avons moins aimé la presence des guêpes ( 1 enfant et un adulte ont été piqués) et les moustiques qui n'ont épargné personne.

Bonjour, Je suis désolée d’apprendre que vous avez été embêté par les guêpes et les moustiques, malgré l’installation de pièges et l’élimination du nid en découvert en début de séjour. C’est une part de la nature que nous ne pouvons pas maîtriser, particulièrement lors de grandes chaleurs, car les insectes aussi cherchent l’eau pour y survivre. J’espère que néanmoins vous avez passé de belles vacances dans notre maison et que vous en garderez de beaux souvenirs. Muriel 💙☀️💙

Nous avons passé une belle semaine dans cette jolie maison. Nous avons beaucoup profité de la piscine, la douche à côté est très appréciable. Nous avons visité les villages alentours : St Cirq, najac, Villeneuve d’ Aveyron… il y a beaucoup de choses à découvrir.Nous avons été bien accueillis ! Merci
