The patio on the ground floor makes for an ideal spot to relax with a cup of coffee before soaking up some sun by the community pools. There are also two full bathrooms plus a half bathroom on the first floor so that you can easily get cleaned up after a day at the beach. Miramar Regional Public Beach Access is just a seven-minute walk away, and area restaurants are nearby as well. With a variety of activities at your fingertips, you won’t want to leave! The condo itself was very nice. Fully stocked with everything expected. Close to the pool area. When late check out was offered at $60. I stated I was interested. Next thing I know I had an $82 charge to my debit card. When I emailed about the charge I never received a reply. If it was $82 they should have said $82 upfront or informed me of the full amount before charging my card.
