Ocean View Condo steps away from the beach - 106 Brighton

We are so pleased to announce that Currents pool deck and Waterpark, as well as the Black Drum Brewery located at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Myrtle Beach, are now open!!!

Bright, bold and beachy, this 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is a dream. The living areas are nicely decorated with blues to match the ocean and summer sky and has a pullout sofa and access to the balcony. The dining area is spacious and seats six. The kitchen is lovely, it features granite and stainless steel appliances, has an eat-at bar and a bay window to overlook the lawn, pool and ocean!! The master bedroom is quite large, it has a king-sized bed, ensuite and accesses the balcony. The ensuite has a double vanity, extra-large jetted tub and a separate shower. The guest bedroom has 2 queen beds and is directly across from the guest bathroom. This condo has a great balcony with plenty of seating, being one floor up – this condo has a great view of the pool area, lawn and ocean!!

Guests who rent with us have full and exclusive access to all Kingston Resorts managed amenities including: Currents Waterpark and Embassy Suites pools, Hilton Myrtle Beach Resort pools, resort shuttle service, cashless charging privileges on the resort, Wi-Fi and 24 hour on-site staff, including maintenance and security.

NOTE: In addition to the normal housekeeping departure clean our cleaners have added to their routine the proper sanitation of highly touched services which are not limited to: door handles, light switches, remotes, alarm clocks, dresser knobs, décor, lamps, thermostats, phones, hangers and irons. Great location

The condo was super convenient to walk to the beach, pools and nearby restaurants. It was exactly like the pictures; clean, updated and great views from the balcony. We liked having access to all the amenities such as the fitness center and members pool. Check in was so easy; the management team and owner were both great at communicating and the condo was ready early. All we had to do when we arrived was go to our condo and use the unique key code. I would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely perfect!!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Direct access to beach and pools, including the water park. Unit had everything that you would need for a pleasant stay, including beach chairs, paddle boards and sand castle instruments. Place was very clean and well stocked for cooking, cleaning, and bathing. Patio was large and relaxing, especially as the sun set. This resort was also immaculate and met every requirement. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent Location and Communication

This condo is located in an excellent location with a secure entrance for Kingston Plantation (Brighton Tower is one of the condo buildings within KP). It is just steps from the beach, and activities in Myrtle Beach are only a short drive away. The condo kitchen is small, but met most of our needs. We improvised where necessary. The beds were generally comfortable. As for cleanliness, we had to sweep up a fair bit of dust and food crumbs from the floor upon arrival (an oversight of the cleaning crew I guess). Communication with management and the check-in process was excellent. Overall, it was a nice place to stay.

Beautiful property and location!

The property and location were beautiful! The first floor balcony was perfect and had a wonderful view. Being on the first floor did not hinder the view. We did have a few concerns on the cleanliness upon arrival which we remedied ourselves. The manager responded and did offer to send out staff to remedy. Overall this was a great stay and we would definitely stay at this property in the future.
