About this property

New remodel in the Boulders!

The moment you step into this home you will feel right at home! The backyard is west facing and boasts beautiful views of Black Mountain, the Boulders golf course and surrounding mountain ranges. There are 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths. The master bedroom, great room and kitchen all look out over the views in the back of the home. We have a pool table, a dart board and a hot tub. The kitchen is well stocked and we have plenty of linens, towels, pool towels etc. for your stay. We have just finished a remodel with all new tile in the living areas and new carpet in the 2 guest bedrooms. New oven, dishwasher, wine refrigerator and microwave. There are two communal pools in the neighborhood which can be accessed by our guests. The Boulder is a quiet community and we appreciate you taking care of our home as if it were your own.
