Great Location

If taking a vacation to Chincoteague, there is no better location than this small island. Easy parking and traveling in and out of this property. Well worth it.

Clean and cozy home perfect for the family.

The house was so clean and nicely decorated. It was even better than the picuture and better than what we expected. The scenary and surrounding was so peaceful as well. Highly recommand this place.

The photo advertised for the unit was water's edge....but the view was marsh and bridge....the porch could fit only two people....and the photos advertised made the unit look much bigger. Aside from that, we did enjoy our stay, everything was well laid out and clean, and we loved the predominant theme throughout the apartment!One small note: we couldn't locate a broom/dustpan - fortunately us 4 women didn't drag in but an insignificant amount of sand/dirt :). The other thing worth mentioning is that the kitchen had mainly coated pans, needing a silicone or plastic spatula for cooking eggs, etc., and it wasn't to be found, but we made do. The September days were absolutely perfect and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Chincoteague, adding many lovely memories to my favorite beach getaway -Thank you, Bea

Chincoteaque stay

This is an excellent location to everything on the island. A couple suggestions for the owner. The condo has a fruit fly problem. This is not necessarily the owners fault, I just thought they should know. Also when the listing says it provides linens (sheets were provided) I assumed that included towels. Just be specific please.
