This magnificent vacation home is located on a large, quiet plot in a rural setting in Fjaltring, a small village in West Jutland, incredibly beautiful, north of the Nissum Fjord. On the beach with fine sand there are barbecue areas, public showers and shelter.
The living space is spread over two floors with a total of ten bedrooms, each equipped with flat screen TV and satellite TV. On the 1st floor there is a living room, a passage room with sofa bed and two bathrooms, both with shower, one even with sauna and separate toilet.
On the first floor is the spacious kitchen, which is optimally equipped to cook for many people: There are two stoves with a total of eight hobs, two ovens, a refrigerator edge and much more. Also on the ground floor are the two tastefully decorated living rooms with flat screen TV with Chromecast. Please bring your own iPad or computer. In the winter garden with glass front to the pool room you will find pool table and foosball.
Outside there are three lovely terraces, one with a covered barbecue area, afternoon sun and an outdoor kitchen, another with morning sun and a view of the garden and children's play equipment.
The house is located in a particularly attractive area with many sights and activities. At Fjaltring you can surf very well in both the North Sea and the Nissum Fjord, also there are optimal conditions to fish from the groynes on the beach and in the fjord. If this is not quite successful, then you can try your luck in Vejlby Klit Fiskesø. The beautiful nature around Fjaltring can also be explored by bicycle or hiking. For golf enthusiasts there are several challenging courses nearby, such as in Holstebro, Struer and Lemvig. Fjaltring is known for its cultural center Tuskær, which is located in a well-preserved beach farm and where you can see changing exhibitions. The beautiful old village church from the 12th century is located only a few meters from the North Sea and is certainly worth a visit. In Vejlby Summer Park (open only in the summer months) 15 km to the north, you can rent horses, ride front bikes, play mini golf and pamper animals in the petting zoo. A few kilometers north of Fjaltring is the red 26 m high lighthouse Bovbjerg on the steep cliffs. The tower is the highest point on the cliffs and offers a beautiful view. 6 km north in Ferring, the Jens Søndergaard Museum is located at the very edge of the cliff. Here the artist painted pictures of the surroundings and especially the sea, at calm and during storms. In the small village there is also a mini geological museum and a small romantic church.
Fjaltring is a charming west Jutland village located in a quiet, attractive countryside close to Nissum Fjord. The countryside varies between flat moorland, dunes and steep cliffs looking out to the sea. This attractive two-winged property is located in rural surroundings on a large, attractive plot of land just six kilometres from the North Sea coastline. This property contains ten separate bedrooms, each with its own flat screen satellite TV as well as a good kitchen with two cookers, and two tastefully decorated lounges (one with a 42' flat screen TV) which are ideal for relaxation while the kids play on Playstation3. Both lounges have access to a large terrace. An outer activity/living offers views of the swimming pool through a glass partition and contains a table football table and a pool table. On the first floor, a large, tastefully decorated living room can also be used as a meeting and lecture room with free ADSL Internet. This property also contains two separate spa baths. Outdoors, there is a large covered barbecue area with outdoor kitchen where you can sit and enjoy dinner on the warm summer evenings. The extensive garden contains a golfing hole, a small football pitch and play equipment for children This property is located in an especially attractive area boasting many different attractions and activities. Good surfing conditions exist at Fjaltring, both in the North Sea and the Nissum Fjord, while good fishing conditions also exist from the groynes and piers. If you have no luck here, the local put and take lake at Vejlby Dunes provides a good alternative. Located just a short distance away, Fjaltring Strand is an attractive and unspoilt sandy beach with showers, a beach hut and barbecue area. The attractive countryside around Fjaltring is best experienced by bicycle or on foot. For golf enthusiasts, the region is home to a number of good courses, including clubs at Holstebro, Struer and Lemvig. Fjaltring is also known as the home of the Tuskaer Cultural Centre, which is based in a well-preserved old duneland farm and houses exciting temporary exhibitions. The attractive old village church dates back to 1100's and is located just a few metres from the North Sea. Fifteen kilometres to the north, 'Vejlby Summerpark' is a amusement park offering moto-cross, horse riding, mini golf, a petting zoo and many other sights and activities (summer only). Just a few kilometres north of Fjaltring, the 26 metre-high Bovbjerg Lighthouse is the highest point in the region, and towers above the steep cliffs. The lighthouse is open to the public, and offers sweeping views across the sea and surrounding countryside. In Ferring, six kilometres to the north, the Jens Søndergaard Museum is dramatically located on a cliff top. It was here that the renowned Danish artist worked on his famous depictions of the sea on both calm and stormy days. Ferring is also home to a small geological museum and a charming and romantic church.
