Renovated cottage with fireplace in the living room. Large open terrace facing south. Beautiful beach suitable for children. Good connections to Stockholm. Canoe and 4 bicycles included. Owner tells: From Bålsta you can easily get by car to Uppsala and the sights of the city. In 45 minutes you can be in Stockholm by car and have the opportunity, for example, to visit the ABBA museum, walk in Djurgården and admire the impressive Vasa ship. From the central station you can take a walk and see the fantastic silhouette of Stockholm. You can also take a trip on an excursion boat through the archipelago. Enköping is also a popular destination and is known for its beautiful parks. Most importantly, however, you can walk from the house to the forest or Mälaren beach. There are also many beautiful places along Mälaren within cycling distance. Take the picnic basket with you and just enjoy. Here you have culturally rich vacation experiences iin harmony with nature.

Ein wunderschönes Haus, perfekt eingerichtet mit Liebe zum Detail, tolle Lage.

Das Haus hat all unsere Träume von einem "echten Schwedenfeeling" erfüllt. Wir wurden von Hakon und Ann Kristin sehr nett empfangen und mit dem Haus vertraut gemacht. Sowohl die sehr geschmackvolle und gemütliche Innenausstattung sowie die sehr schöne Außenaus-stattung vor und hinter dem Haus haben uns sofort begeistert, sodass wir uns gleich sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Die einmalige Lage in der Nähe vom Mälarsee, die Naturnähe, die idyllische Umgebung, die gute Luft, die herrrliche Ruhe einerseits, die Nähe zu vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten im Umkreis, die gute Verkehrsanbindung zur quirligen Hauptstadt Stockholm machen dieses Haus besonders attraktiv.
