This condo was well stocked with things we didn’t even expect them to have. It’s a very short walk to the beach. The condo was very clean. The owners were excellent to communicate with.

I was so impressed with the communication from the host. Fast responses and the early check in was so helpful! This condo was probably one of the most well stocked condos we have stayed in. Things that I thought I had forgot at home, this condo had it. Super close to the beach and restaurants. I would most definitely stay here again!

Great location great condo; the only thing we wish was better is the outdoor furniture was not the most comfortable. We like to sit outside and this was an issue for us. The rest was 10 out of 10.

This property is owner managed and they are wonderful! Very responsive and the property was excellent! Very clean and very nice! I have to say we will return if it is available the next time we vacation here!I highly recommend it!!

We had a great time at Pat and Laura’s place! It was very clean and well thought out. It was everything we needed for our stay. It has a fantastic view and is located extreme close to the boardwalk and beach. It provided us with a very comfortable stay.

Our stay at the Sabine Yacht & Racquet Club was AMAZING! The condo was very clean and we had everything we needed and more. The host was over-the-top accommodating! I wasn’t sure what to expect with beach gear, but the property had a wagon, beach chairs, umbrellas, sand mats, coolers, and sand toys, which made everything so much easier when it came to our beach experience. We appreciated the extra toiletries, especially since my husband left behind his shaving cream. The walk to the beach was fairly close and rides on the “tips only” golf carts were quick because we were close to the restaurants and shops. Our host was very responsive and helpful! Highly recommended!

The was an absolutely beautiful unit. It was tastefully decorated and the owners were great to work with. The little extras (a basketball, chairs, wagon, etc.) were very appreciated. The view of the sound was fantastic and the location was wonderful, just far enough off the main street to get away from the busy traffic, but only a couple minutes from the action if you desire. Perfect in every way. I highly recommend this property.

Perfect location

Our stay was absolutely perfect! It had absolutely everything you needed and wanted to enjoy your stay. Laura was exceptional host. We were even able to see the amazing firework show from the balcony. Definitely will stay again!
