Gated community Fully furnished 1 King bed 1 Full Bath, perfect location

Located on the tip of the oak groove covered in Spanish Moss is our first floor condo. It is a one bedroom one bathroom with walk in shower and security rails. Lots of light to enjoy the comfortable furnishings including new living room furniture set. The Kitchen and dining room are fully equipped and there is a gas grill and beverage stand to enjoy the whistles of the birds. The highlight of the condo is the lanai with a view of the oak groove green area of our community. A corner unit offers several seating areas for outdoor dinning and relaxation. The unit is located just a short 5 minute walk to the private Bermuda Bay beach with 3 Tiki huts, picnic tables , beautiful sunsets, tennis courts... . The beach has a community hot tub and swimming pool overlooking the Boca Ciaga Bay. The tenant obtains parking passes and has private access into Clam Bayou nature park with approx. 2 miles of bike and walking pathways through the wetland area of the bay connecting Bermuda Bay to Gulfport. Come enjoy the condo if you are a working professional or a retiree you are sure to enjoy the surroundings. Beach chairs, cooler, floaties, linens, vacuum, basic cleaning supplies are provided. 10 minutes to Gulf beaches or Downtown. 5 minutes to the Grocery ,CVS or Walmart. 30 Day Minimum Rental.
