Newly remodeled apartment in the heart of McMinnville. It is within walking distance to the amazing, historic downtown 3rd Street. Downtown 3rd Street has everything from fantastic shops, delicious eateries, local tasting rooms and so much more. Take a short walk to enjoy all 3rd street has to offer!

The apartment is located upstairs of the our other rental, The Berry House. The house and apartment sit on .75 an acre that is open for your use and enjoyment.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all your cooking needs for a night in. Enjoy diner on the attached deck that over looks the large backyard. There is also a washer and dryer located in the apartment for your use. Additionally, there is one designated parking spot on the property for apartment use only with additional on street parking if needed.

Perfect apartment!

We absolutely loved this apartment! It was the best stocked kitchen we have had in a vacation rental. It's a quiet street, with a pretty view. It's a great location! Close to restaurants and shops, and easy drive to the wineries. The bed is comfy! and the bottle of Pinot was such a welcoming touch. Highly recommend! We would definitively stay again!

Cozy Nest

This lovely little place is a perfect walk to town. The large windows in the living area overlook beautiful trees, which were turning their fall colors during my 20 night stay. It has everything you would need for a short or long stay.

Perfect Place for 2 While Touring Vineyards

We were very happy with everything about this property. Location is outstanding - easy walk to 3rd Street. The place is very clean and stocked with many extra's like a nice array of snacks, bottled water and coffee creamers in refrigerator and shower shampoo and soap (not a given in many VRBO's we have stayed at). The street is very quiet at night. We loved the town of McMinnville (this was our first visit) and its ideally located in relation to vineyards to the North (Newberg, Carlton) and South (Amity). We took one day and drove to the Pacific coast - a beautiful, easy 1 hour drive. Would Highly recommend this property for 2 people!!

See the title. Also, if you are gluten free you need to go to Bierly brewing on 3rd street. It is the best place ever.

Nice apartment, great location

Lovely and clean apartment overlooking a wooded area and an easy stroll from all that downtown has to offer. We had some trouble with the new stove but the owner was very responsive and we would stay here again.
