This beautiful vacation home is surrounded by beautiful olive groves and only a few hundred meters from the sea. From the terrace you have a beautiful view of the Kvarner Bay. A small, narrow gravel road, which you can walk in ten minutes, brings you to the small beaches. By car you can very quickly reach Ravni, where there are flat concrete and pebble beaches and tennis courts. Visit the historic town of Labin, it is known as the town of artists. Go on a day trip to Opatija, visit the famous parks, the sculpture "Girl with a seagull" and the famous restaurants by the sea.
