The main house offers three spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms, a brand new fully-equipped kitchen, dining area, and living room with large sliding glass doors giving you access to the deck which sits right on the shoreline - you can’t get any closer! Other amenities include: Washer & Dryer, New UV water filtration System, A/C, heat and Wifi.

A separate guest home featuring three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a cozy living area with small refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, games and books. The master in the guest house is wheelchair accessible with its own bathroom. Other amenities include: A/C, ceiling fans and Wifi.

This home has all the comfort and convenience needed while visiting the beautiful Adirondacks! Home includes a 28’ dock space, shallow swimming area or deep swimming off the end of the dock. Ideal for spectacular sunrise views. Have your morning coffee while watching the early morning boaters or listen to the loons echoing on the lake while you enjoy a family BBQ lakeside. Cozy up and enjoy smores around the fire pit. Just 7 minutes from the town of Bolton Landing - restaurants, shopping and public beaches. 45 minutes to Gore Ski Mountain. Best view on the lake!

We had a lovely week at this beautiful home. The views of the lake are spectacular and the home is well equipped and charming. The main house is wonderful and the second home spacious. The hosts had firewood for the fired pit and many chairs and places to relax. The location is very near the Bolton Landing village and marinas. The only drawbacks are: no en suite bathroom or “master suite”. The three bedrooms in the main house share the bathroom ( though there is a second full bathroom in the main entrance area) Also, this is a cabin and the walls are not insulated which means sound travels. But all in all a lovely home and gorgeous views.

Spectacular view, comfortable home

The ADA accessibility was a HUGE plus for our family. Well-stocked kitchen tools, games, and water toys. View from the deck & dock were 11/10. Just wonderful.
