This villa, located in Ranco, is ideal for 8 vacationers. It offers 4 bedrooms, a private pool from 01 July to 31 August, an enclosed garden and WiFi.
The lounge is perfect for unwinding after a day in the sun. Curl up on the comfortable sofa and enjoy a good book in front of the fireplace or take advantage of the amenities on offer, including a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, WiFi and a DVD player.
The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking up your favorite meals. Enjoy your feast around the dining table which seats 8 or outside, on the terrace, in the garden or on the balcony enjoying views of the swimming pool and the lake.
The villa has 4 comfortable bedrooms, 4 including a double bed, Several bathrooms are available, one with 2 bathtubs, a shower and a toilet and 2 with a bathtub, a shower and a toilet.
The villa features a vacuum cleaner, central heating, a fan, a washing machine, ironing equipment and cleaning products.
Note that the cleaning and bed linen are included in the rental fee. Towels must be brought by the guests or can be available with additional 20 euros per person to be paid on site. A tourist tax of 5 euros per person per night will be required upon arrival.
Parking is available at location (included on the rental price). Smoking is not allowed inside. Pets are not allowed. Parties are not allowed.
