The property boasts a fantastic private pool that is open year-round (from January 1st to December 31st), perfect for relaxation and play. The sunny terrace with outdoor furniture and a barbecue offers a lovely view of the garden, where guests can enjoy outdoor living to the fullest. Additionally, there is a paddle tennis court on site for active days under the sun.

Inside, you'll find a bright and inviting living room with comfortable sofas and a cozy fireplace, ideal for relaxing evenings. The open dining room is perfect for family meals and social gatherings, and the well-equipped kitchen allows you to prepare delicious meals at home. It features all modern appliances, including two stoves (gas and electric).
