1. 500m2 of private garden. Outdoor lounge, Chill-Out Jacuzzi bed, Bar and Barbecue. HIFI, WIFI, electric shutters and Free Air Conditioning.
Supermarket at 5 km. Shopping center and restaurants 15 min.
Private chef, paellas and tapas services are offered at home. Travel with driver. Minibus for large groups.
Pay € 400 security deposit and € 120 / € 190 for cleaning. Both in metallic. The deposit will be returned the day after your stay after making the inventory.
No noise can be made in the garden after 11pm. Failure to comply with this rule repeatedly may result in the loss of the deposit.

It was a relaxing and satisfying journey for all of us. The garden and the view were amazing. Honestly it was quiet far away from València City and I will give the advice to check the transfer with the host before. To sum up: we really recommend it! Even with small kids

Echt een top vakantie huis! Bij aankomst werden we goed ontvangen en alle belangrijke dingen uitgelegd. Service vanuit Susan was ook geweldig. Bij vragen reageerde ze snel en enorm behulpzaam. Het huis zelf was ook naar verwachting en schoon. Heel mooi huis. Wij waren met 14 vrienden en hebben de tijd van ons leven gehad. Een tip: eigen vervoer is wel een must voor boodschappen en dergelijke.Een volgende keer gaan wij zeker terug komen.

Sehr schöne Anlage. Toller Pool, sehr schöner Garten, toller Blick. Susan ist eine entzückender Host, die immer erreichbar ist und für alles eine Lösung hat. Ihre Paella ist großartig! Das Haus ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet und könnte ein wenig Auffrischungen gebrauchen. Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub.

Very Nice house for groups

I would definitely recommend this spot to people traveling to the Valencia area. The house was lovely, but the location and view is absolutely stunning. Although there were some minor problems with payment and one of the bathrooms, I would still highly recommend this house to everyone!

El lugar está muy bien decorado, es muy cómodo y está muy bien situado. El jardín también está muy bien y la piscina es una pasada, aunque el suelo resbala un poco si está mojado. La gran pega es el vecino que colinda justo a la izquierda, le molesta la música a la hora que sea. El domingo a las 20h nos visitó la policía porque les había llamado este vecino, A LAS 20H!!! Por lo demás todo muy bien, yo traté con Alberto y fue todo muy fácil.

Una estancia muy agradable

La vivienda está en una zona residencial con control de acceso. Esta equipada con casi todo, la cocina americana es amplia, con todo tipo de menaje. El aire acondicionado en todos los dormitorios y en salón funcionan perfectamente. Dispone de 5 dormitorios pero 2 de ellos pequeños en los que apenas entran las 2 camas están equipados todos con sábanas, toallas etc. El exterior amplio con una gran piscina y césped artificial, a demás de jacuzzy y cama balinesa, todo prácticamente nuevo. Parrillas , paellas etc... Nuestra estancia ha sido perfecta. Lo peor la distancia hasta un supermercado, en coche a 10 minutos. Para visitar Valencia está la playa de la Malvarrosa a 25 minutos Repetiríamos sin duda

A fabulous property suitable for groups, owned by a lovely friendly and most helpful host

My extended family stayed here for 2 weeks this summer. Alberto met us at the villa to check in and talk us through everything. He communicated with me through WhatsApp and was always on hand for help and advice throughout our stay, whether it was about the property, where to eat, things to do in the area or warnings about heatwaves. He really was lovely and would do anything for guests. The property is fantastic, a luxury get away with stunning views of the mountains and fruit trees. Whilst on an urbanisation, it is private and enjoys a prime spot. There is plenty of indoor and outdoor space and several areas to be in the sun or shade as you choose. The pool is a great size for swimming and children’s games. Several of our party enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub. We enjoyed use of the BBQ regularly although there is also a well equipped kitchen. The lighting options in the villa and in the garden gives the feel of a celebrity pad, giving a great atmosphere. Fantasy villa was amazing and Alberto was a superb host. We will definitely be back.

Wonderful experience!

We as a group of 10 germans travelled to spain and visited the Fantasy Home Villa. The Villa was a pure dream and we were so happy about the opportunities the Renter offered us. He helped us with bying groceries and transports to valencia and back. He organised everything and even if we had issues at midnight we could cantact him. We got our deposit back and leaved the villa with a 100% nice feeling!

Wonderful villa wonderful holiday

We all fell in love with the villa when we found it on the website and the reality of it exceeded our expectations. From booking onwards Alberto was fantastic in communicating with us and answering and queries and helping with any requests. The villa itself is smart and modern- fantastically equipped and a joy to stay in. We were fortunate enough to be able to have a spare bedroom left over which was a good thing as the bedroom at the end of the corridor is a little strange in design. A shower and toilet and sink have been squeezed in actually in the room itself rather than en suite so maybe not for everyone. The kitchen is high tech and has everything you need and there’s plenty of choice when it comes to where you can sit and eat. Also great laundry facilities. Outside is WOW! Great pool and hot tub and you’re not overlooked at all. The outside BBQ and bar were definitely used during our stay! The views to the back of the villa are breath taking- orange groves and blue skies- I’ve never had a view like it whilst having a shower! I’d strongly recommend you hire a car as it’s a necessity to stay here otherwise your taxi fares could be rather steep. A perfect holiday and again a thank you to Alberto.

Fantastic Villa and assistance from Alberto

The villa was amazing and exactly as the photos suggest. It was very clean and perfect for our large family. It is not close to supermarket, beaches, restaurants etc so a car is required. Alberto was very helpful when we needed him, especially when we wanted to book transfers to and from the airport. Also he booked a minibus for us to go to Valencia for one evening. Very enjoyable holiday and would recommend for a large family.

Lovely Villa, owner very helpful

We stayed between 20th-27th July. Wonderful villa, with all modern and required amenities. The grounds are very well kept and villa is very well presented. 6 of us stayed with 2 children (one toddler). Being on one level it was ideal for us and the space allowed the kids to run around with no worries. Alberto met us on arrival and was very helpful leading up to our stay, deposit was refunded very quickly. Would recommend to anyone and we hope to stay again in the future.
