Mediterranean style villa. Recent Integral Reform, located in an Urbanization with Private Security 24 hours. It has 5 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, 2 dining rooms for 12+ 2 people, 2 living rooms. Large kitchen. Direct views of the Mediterranean countryside. Perfect for families. Total privacy
1. 500m2 of private garden. Outdoor lounge, Chill-Out Jacuzzi bed, Bar and Barbecue. HIFI, WIFI, electric shutters and Free Air Conditioning.
Supermarket at 5 km. Shopping center and restaurants 15 min.
Private chef, paellas and tapas services are offered at home. Travel with driver. Minibus for large groups.
Pay € 400 security deposit and € 120 / € 190 for cleaning. Both in metallic. The deposit will be returned the day after your stay after making the inventory.
No noise can be made in the garden after 11pm. Failure to comply with this rule repeatedly may result in the loss of the deposit.
