The best part is the view. There was enough room for our group of 18. The listing is misleading in regards to the 6th bedroom, it's a loft area and not enclosed. The game room (pool table, arcade and movie area) were all nice for the kids. Here is a list we want to forewarn future guests on 1. The hottub was not broken and did work, but never got hotter than 92°. My Dad, a master electrician, pointed out the breaker isn't large enough to make the hottub work properly, therefore the reason the breaker kept blowing. Should be a 20amp, not a 15amp. 2. The dishwasher worked but didn't clean dishes well. 3. Kitchen utensils/supplies - VERY limited. You would think there would be enough for 18 guests (the max amount, but it didn't). Limited silverware, 1 paper towel roll, no extra garbage bags, only 1 hand towel and 1 wash rag, 0 hand soap. 4. Wash machine was broken. It broke the day before our arrival which they told us, but we were already enroute. My family wanted to do laundry because of the length of our overall trip and this cabin advertised having that amenity. After calling everyday to find out an update, and being told it would be the next day someone would be out to fix it (never did get fixed during our stay), we had to go to a laundromat - NOT a great experience. Apparently a special vendor was needed. 5. Community pool address is 1628 Eagles Reach Way and 20mins away via the paved road. 6. Take the gravel road up to the cabin at your own risk-crazy elevations!
