Bad beds, no insulation in floors or walls

Bed were the worst, you could hear everything from the entire house within the walls and floors!!Dishwasher did not work and had rust in the bottom so you know it’s not been working for a while, called it in but nobody came to repairWe had a 1 year old that woke up crying , the whole house was awakened due to no insulation what’s so everI guess if you rented this house with adults only it would be ok

Decent but Expensive for the Amount of Issues

This rental was okay, but not without its issues. Upon arrival, the property was clean, but problems surfaced throughout our stay. The dishwasher was broken, and despite notifying the property the morning after we arrived, no maintenance was done. While it was Christmas, and delays are understandable, we were assured someone would come, but no one ever did. One shower upstairs couldn’t get hot water, and this issue also went unresolved. The hot tub, initially clean, became unpleasant by the end of our stay. The starter supply of cleaning materials provided was minimal. Since the dishwasher didn’t work, we had to hand wash everything, making the lack of supplies more frustrating. Guests are expected to bring all their own essentials, including cleaning supplies, trash bags, and kitchen basics like oil, salt & coffee filters. The smell of sewage outside the condo was unpleasant and persisted throughout our stay, possibly due to nearby properties. Trash overflowed from the bear lockers, which likely requires more frequent pickups. On the positive side, the location is convenient—close to grocery stores, attractions, and the national park. The kitchen is well-equipped with cookware and utensils, the beds are pretty comfortable, and the views of the mountains are nice. However, for the price, the experience and what was provided was underwhelming. If you don’t plan to spend much time at the property, it could work but the issues were hard to overlook for us.

Great, but not the best for older adults with mobility issues

Let me lead with we had a GREAT check-in/out experience and the listing was accurate (with only one exception - we saw a Keurig in the photos, but there was only a coffee pot). The cabin was built in the early 2000's and is beautiful with gorgeous views! With that being said as you walk in you do go downhill a bit as the house has settled and it isn't totally level. Playing pool the balls would roll toward the balcony. We traveled w/three older adults (65+), four adults (40's) and the remainder were teens/college-age students. We loved the two king-sized masters on the main level so the seniors would not have to climb a flight to get to their bedroom/bathroom (only three stairs from parking to main level). This was very convenient! All of the toilets were not chair height and so those with mobility issues had difficulty as there were also no grab bars for toilet nor shower. Although the beds were super comfortable, the extra wood frame, to give it a rustic look, wasn't the easiest of transitions for our guests age 65+. The rooms were very clean and ready for us upon arrival however, there were some cobwebs in the high ceilings and some trash (napkin, lipgloss, etc) thrown onto the difficult-to-reach ledge. Not a big deal to us but if you are traveling with someone that thinks that is unacceptable it is worth noting. Overall, it is very convenient to Pigeon Forge and it would be great for a family or friends cabin. We enjoyed it and gave it 4 out of 5 stars. Thanks!

Beautiful but needs a huge cleaning. Not just vacuum, swipe.

Great place. Clean bedding. Why is it so difficult to ask for garbage to be picked up? Took forever for one phone call. How about telling Alexa you need garbage picked up and give address. Needs a deep cleaning. Wow. Filthy stains on couches, cobwebs and dust up high. Filthy windows - on inside! Bedding and tubs/shower very clean.

Great Location

Once we arrived we noticed a few issues when we arrived, we called management they came out right away to take care of what they could. The jukebox doesn't work right it skips and the cord was frayed so they couldn't fix that and we really could have had more garbage space, we had 14 people, lots of trash. Other than that, beautiful scenery, hottub worked well, neighbors were nice. Comfortable beds. Very relaxing trip.

Our family trip to Pigeon Forge

The property is great there are several things that need attention but overall it is a great place to stay. Only problem we had was the air conditioner for the 3rd floor went out. We had no air Friday are Saturday. Had to call 3 times and did not help. Got it fixed late Saturday. Over all great place to stay.

Great place with some issues

Overall we had a great experience. We loved that every room had their private bathroom. The place was clean. Negatives were: Kitchen items were missing such as no condiments (sugar, salt, etc), paper towels, napkins. Jukebox and arcade were not working. More towels were needed. Some of the mattresses were not in good shape so no good sleep.

Property could use some attention

Overall, the place was what we expected. Plenty of room for our family, great location, good kitchen. The check in process was bad. We did not receive the code. Got to the house at 4pm and had to call to get it. Check out was just as bad, left at 9:55 and had to go back to get forgotten item, code would not work and cleaning crew was already there(10am is a bit early as well for check out) Dryer would not tumble, and we only had enough towels for each person, so we were unable to wash towels. It would be nice to have at least one coffee filter just so I could make a pot before I would need to go shopping(Kroger right down the street was great!) or at least have the description in amenities so I am prepared.

Plenty of space

This was a last minute booking due to my other reservation getting cancelled (storm damage). We had 6 adults and 6 kids (4-15 y/o). Pros: The overall cleanliness was good. Fridge is big! The location and view is great. Easy check-in and check-out. Cons: It could use a deep clean on the vents and windows. The hot water doesn’t reach the upstairs so those showers are colder. The hot tub went on to sleep mode and I needed help getting it back on because there is no temp button to press plus the arrows (just push the arrows at the same time). We called on Sat evening for trash collection and no one came. Sunday was Easter so that could be why. Overall 4 stars

Excellent home for big family gathering.

We are a big crew from 3 different states. Such a great time together. Very comfortable and we could all sit at the dining table together for meals. Kids had a blast on the first floor with arcade games and their own space.

Family Reunion

We had a small family reunion with in-laws, with cousins ranging in age from 10 to 18. The cabin accommodated all eleven of us comfortably, and the lowest level was perfect for all the cousins (5 in total) to stay and play together. The cabin is also centrally located to the main parkway, Dollywood, and great family restaurants. Check-in was a breeze, especially with our three family units coming in from three different states, with different arrival times. The cabin was also well-kept with LOTS of clean linens and towels to last for our weekend stay. Having enough towels, even for enjoying the hot tub, was a major perk that I don’t often think about until we (er, I) have to do a load of laundry while on vacation!

Decent house, short drive to PF strip

We all enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room for all of us. Kitchen has a decent amount of cookware and utensils. Kids really enjoyed the game room down stairs. I would say the house was 98% clean. We did find cobwebs in multiple corners and the upper windows were exceptionally dirty. If you are a light sleeper this is not the house for you. You can hear everything going on inside and outside of the house! There is enough room for parking 4 vehicles, overflow parking is close by. Pictures of the parking area are a little deceiving. Compared to other cabins on that street it is obviously older and could use some TLC.

Enjoying Family: This is a Fantastic house and location to enjoy large families with a great view.

Our family of 14 had an awesome time in this home. 5 bedrooms have king size beds and 1 has queen bunks - all enjoying the privacy of their own bath. Its big enough to spread or all be together in one open kitchen, dining room and great room that overlooks the mountains. We have rented many vacation homes, and thus far this one is the best!!

This property allowed our family for the first time since Covid hit to all be together. We all had our own bedroom/bathroom along with huge gathering areas and kitchen. It was clean and had everything we needed. The staff at Eden Crest was always available and extremely courteous. We already want to plan our trip for 2023. Thanks for allowing us to make such special memories.

Updates needed

Excellent views and plenty’s of room! Maybe supply some common spices and more dishwashing detergent. Mattresses need replacing as they sink towards the middle. Juke Box doesn’t work and the Galaga Game didn’t work. Overall stay was great! We spent a week with family and would stay there again.
