My family of 12 (9 adults and 3 children) had a wonderful stay at this cabin. It was clean and spacious. I would not hesitate to stay here again or to recommend to my friends.
The cabin was very clean. We enjoyed our stay. We had a minor issue with one of the tvs, the host responded in a timely manner and had the issue fixed. I would definitely stay here again
We had a large group this house was perfect for that need. The kitchen was stocked well with cooking equipment and the house was just cozy and comfortable. We would recommend 10/10.

Thank you so much for your kind words! We hope to welcome you back again in the future!
Clean, excellent condition. Everything we needed was there. The only negative thing was the house was 79 degrees when we arrived, and it took several hours for it to cool down. Once house cooled down the ac unit maintained a comfortable temperature. Recommend keeping t-stat set at a lower temp during warmer seasons. Enjoyed the stay, hope to rent again in the future.

Thank you so much for the feedback! We will definitely take care to pre-cool the cabin in the future so that it's at a comfortable temperature for check in :)
Beautiful clean cabin! Had everything we needed. Perfect location away from crowds but close enough to the attractions. Excellent communication and responsiveness with the host. Highly recommend!
The open floor plan had plenty of room for our large group to hang out together. We appreciated the special touches, like the Christmas decor, and the fireplace was great for ambiance. The cabin was easy to access, with enough parking for our 5 cars, and close enough to attractions.

Liked: Check-in, location
Disliked: Cleanliness, communication
Upon arrival we came into a dirty place. There was pee and other nasty things on 2 of the toilets, the dinning room table hadnt been wiped down, our young kids found an alcohol bottle as well as another childs shoe and sock in their bunk room, and dirty floors. The hot tub was also dirty and had no tablets in the canister. When messaging the host we got ZERO apologies and more of a blame about the hottube even though it was dirty upon arrival. We lost 2 days of use of the hot tube. Very bad customer service .

Thank you for the feedback, we're sorry the experience didn't meet your expectations.
When the concerns were raised, we offered to send the cleaning team back immediately — that offer was declined. We also arranged a hot tub drain, scrub, and refill at our cost. The tub had been cleaned and chemically treated before your arrival. The water conditions shown in the photo we received on the third day of your stay are consistent with contamination from lotions, makeup, or similar products entering the water — which is why our check-in notes ask guests to shower before use. We moved quickly to resolve it regardless.
On the table: the surface was cleaned before check-in. The marks are permanent heat stains from prior use, not from the cleaning.
Regarding the items mentioned in the bunk room — our team did not receive photos or reports of shoes, socks, or a bottle during the stay, so we weren't able to verify or address those in real time. Our checklist covers those areas and we've reviewed it with our cleaning team.
We take these standards seriously and are always reachable during a stay to resolve issues as they come up.
We enjoyed this cabin with our family of 14. All the couples had their own King bed. We had 2 teens in the bunk room and another used the couch in the pool room while one adult used the couch in the living room. Kitchen had everything we needed for cooking for everyone. its convenient to the strip, maybe a 10 to 15 minute ride to all attractions. Parking for 4 cars comfortably 5 is tight (we had 5)We would recommend this cabin and stay here again.

About the host
Hosted by Rhoda J.
Vacation rentals are our family business — and our passion. We host spacious luxury cabins in the Smoky Mountains (Wears Valley and Gatlinburg), all designed with one goal: giving big families and groups a place to truly be together.
We've hosted hundreds of family reunions, holiday gatherings, and even weddings, and nothing makes us happier than hearing a grandparent say the whole family finally got under one roof. We treat every stay the way we'd want to be treated as travelers ourselves — quick responses, spotless spaces, and thoughtful touches that make memories last.
Come stay with us. We'll take care of the rest!
Why they chose this property
We chose Bear Creek Crossing because it offers something rare in the Smokies: a gated resort community with genuinely easy access. The roads to the cabin are smooth and flat the whole way — no steep or winding mountain driving — which makes arrival stress-free in any season, even winter.
The resort itself feels like a vacation before you even reach the cabin: a year-round heated indoor pool, a seasonal outdoor pool, mini golf, and a beautiful waterfall as you drive in. It's quiet and family-friendly, with neighbors nearby but plenty of space between cabins.
And the location is hard to beat for convenience — just 10–15 minutes to the Pigeon Forge Parkway for restaurants, shows, and endless activities, and only 10 minutes to Publix for stocking the kitchen. Close to everything, but tucked away from the noise.
What makes this property unique
Five king suites under one roof — that's what sets Bearadise apart. Most large cabins give you one or two king bedrooms and fill the rest with bunks and fold-outs. Here, five couples each get their own king retreat — four with private ensuite baths — plus a bunk room that pairs with the fifth king as a natural family suite. If you've ever tried to plan a multi-couple trip, you know how rare that is.
The cabin itself is newly built and high-quality throughout — no creaky floors or dated décor — with a home theater, arcade and pool table in the basement lounge, and a hot tub on the back deck.
And because it sits inside the gated Bear Creek Crossing resort, you get extras most cabins can't offer: a year-round heated indoor pool, seasonal outdoor pool, and mini golf — all included, all a short walk or drive away. Add flat, easy roads to your door and you have the rare Smokies cabin that's both effortless to reach and built for groups who want everyone comfortable.
