Our teenage grandkids enjoyed the hot tub. We appreciated the towels that were provided for that!Two bedrooms on each of the three levels gave us room to spread out! Very nice with four generations sharing this property!

The cabin was absolutely beautiful. The six kids did not want to leave. Excellent choice for a large group. The indoor pool was definately their favorite. First place I've ever rented that had everything you would need to prepare a meal and serve it. Cleanliness is a 4 only due to dust under the beds and on the blinds. Otherwise the cabin was very clean and the perfect place to stay for a large group. The hostess was VERY responsive and helpful. I would definately recommend this place for large groups.

We really enjoyed our stay. We were here for a Ripken tournament and the location was perfect proximity to everything. The house was perfect for our group of 3 families and kids. We would come back again.

We were very pleased at the cleanliness of our cabin and at how well it accommodated our large group. Loved the decor! The kitchen was well equipped with everything needed for meal preparation and service. Communication between the host and our party during our stay was open and helpful. We would definitely consider this property for our stay if we have a chance to return to Pigeon Forge.

Room was not clean. Dog hairs on two beds. Air conditioning was out for almost three days. Very few trash bags and towels. Won’t be staying here again. No compensation or anything. Very hot a couple of days in the main cabin room. Told us to open windows. Some had allergies anyway. Just an overall bad experience.

We’re sorry to hear that you feel this way, but we would like to clarify a few important points for the sake of accuracy. First, regarding the bedding, you initially reported that one bedsheet was not clean. Even though it was already midnight, I immediately contacted our staff and arranged for them to come first thing the following morning to replace it. You then demanded that all the bedding in the cabin be replaced. Our staff not only replaced the bedsheet you reported but also left extra bedding for your convenience. We did our best to address your concern promptly. We’re sorry that we could not meet your additional request to replace every piece of bedding in the cabin. Second, regarding the air conditioning, as soon as you informed me of the issue, I immediately arranged for someone to address it. I did not delay taking action. During our phone conversation, however, you explicitly told me that if I did not give you a refund, I would not receive a good review. When I mentioned documenting the conversation, your wording changed, and you focused on asking me to arrange the repair as soon as possible. We believe that concerns should be addressed fairly and professionally, without reviews being used as leverage for compensation. Regarding the suggestion to open the windows, the outdoor temperature at the time was approximately 60°F. Opening the windows to let in cooler air was a practical temporary measure while the air conditioning issue was being addressed. We understand that some guests may have allergies, and we recognize that this solution may not have been ideal for everyone. We take our guests’ concerns seriously and make every effort to resolve problems as quickly as possible. While we regret that your stay did not meet your expectations, we also believe it is important that the steps we took to address your concerns are fairly represented.

Only a few small issues. Key pad died first day. Key was accessible so no issues and quick response from the host. Dull knives made meal prep a challenge but we survived. When using the table hot food on paper plates causes the plates to stick to the table. This could be resolved by refinishing the table with sealant. Or we could have used the placemats. Rooms were exactly as described spacious and clean. Good beds and every couple had their own king bed and bath. We had a great weekend and beautiful trip. Small note, before you arrive take a pic of the codes given. No cell service at the cabin. WiFi worked once we were in. Great stay with great friends.
