Disliked: Communication, location, listing accuracy
Cramped with terrible management.
This property is too small for the furniture that is in it. There are no cooking utensils, pots, pans, dish towels, dish rags, paper towels, or extra toilet paper. One tv did not work, Wi-Fi did not work and there was no phone service in that area so I could it reach my children at home, AT ALL, bathroom sink did not drain, had to shave and brush our teeth in the kitchen. . Called management several times about all issues and was told they would send someone out. I guy called about the Wi-Fi at 10pm on the last night of our stay. The dresser was so close to the bed that you could not use the drawers. King bed in a tiny room so the entry door wouldn’t open all the way. You had to turn sideways and squeeze between dresser and bed. Complained to management and they claimed there was nothing they could do to compensate me for my troubles. I wrote a google review and will be contacting the BBB about this property owner and I recommend vrbo drop them immediately. In the last week, the management company has received 8 one star reviews on google. Terrible place. Will never use them again and makes me question using vrbo in the future. Worst vacation i have ever had.
