Great views, beautiful house

Everything was great about the house, few little things. 2 out of 5 bathrooms didn't have toilet paper, towels or soap, called the get it, was promised within an hour, but was delivered next day. Coffee maker included, but no filters for it. 1st floor was very cold, others were warm, but only one thermostat for 2 floors. Everything else was excellent.

House was great but Gatlinburg falls resort property manager was a scammer

I booked the house on VRBO but, was charged $400 more than the quoted price by the property manager, "Gatlinburg Falls Resort." I spent hours on the phone and emailing VRBO and Gatlinburg falls resort about the situation and they only wanted to give me a credit.

The cabin is nice and the location has beautiful views. Our trip started with a 2 hour late check in. Once we were able to get into the cabin all of the amenities that we booked it for were broken. Hot tub was a frozen sheet of ice and the air hockey table was broken as well. We were told to leave our water dripping because there was a chance it could freeze over night. We followed instructions and still woke up the next day to no running water. It was 52 degrees outside and the water never unfroze. We believe it was not frozen but turned off. We did not have water for over 24 hours. With every phone call made to the rental company the CSR was very polite however I did not see a maintenance person thru out our entire stay. The was my daughters sweet 16 birthday trip and we made the best of it but will probably never return to this cabin.
