La Dolce Vita 30A in Prominence-Tesla charger, Golf Cart & 2 Bikes Included

La Dolce Vita is located in South Walton's newest upscale development, Prominence, next to Watersound in Inlet Beach!! 2 Yolo Adult bikes included. We are close to the 5,000 square foot zero entry pool that has cabanas. La Dolce Vita is a beautiful and spacious 3 bedroom/2.5 bath townhouse that sleeps up to 4 adults and 4 children. The Hub is located right across the street which has many places to eat and shop. Tesla charger included. Resort style pool in Prominence is heated Oct/Nov and March/April. For security purposes, we have motion activated cameras installed to monitor and record any activity in the driveway, outside the main entrance, inside the garage, and on the back patio.

Great Location!

We enjoyed our stay! Beautiful home and a great location! We loved riding our bikes to the nearby towns and taking the golf cart to Deer Lake State Park. The pool was great to have in the complex. My kids loved going across the street to the Big Chill at night. Would definitely visit again!

Great vacation!

The house was beautifully decorated. There were so much included in the rental which helped reduce the amount of things we had to bring. The kitchen was well appointed and we had everything we needed for the meals we had in. The neighborhood pool was wonderful with our 3 year old having the best time there. The golf cart got us there while adding a little excitement outside of walking. There are several local beach access points nearby. The best part was the host Kristy. She responded so quickly to all inquiries prior to and during our stay. She also has a wonderful site that has a lot of helpful information to use during your stay.

Amazing A+

We have stayed at many different rentals in the same complex. Those rentals did not compare to this. Not only was the place in amazing shape like the add suggested but the owner went above and beyond. I learned the difference between a company renting the unit vs an individual owning and personally renting it to you. Kristy made everything simple even answering my questions that were in the welcome packet that I missed and did not get upset about it. I can’t name many places that when you say they don’t have bourbon glasses and mention it in casual convo, that they actually have brand new bourbon glasses delivered to you the next day. We did not ask, we did not demand it was just casual convo and joking and she went above and beyond to do this. All this to say I don’t want to give away our hidden gem in this review, but we will be back!

Home away from home.

This place is not only beautifully decorated and clean but it is so well stocked! We have stayed at several rental homes before and never have we stayed at a place that had cooking spices and cooking and baking necessities. I was able to easily cook meals for my family and even bake my daughter a birthday cake. Beach towels, beach umbrella, chairs, floats and even an ice chest was as provided. The golf cart was so helpful to have on hand to travel to the beach and down to Rosemary beach and seaside. Our 20 month old had her choice of a toddler bed or pack n play. There was even a high chair available for her to use. Kids plates, cups, and utensils were available for my other three kids (ages 4,5,&7) to This made traveling with a baby and kids easier than ever. Kristy was incredibly helpful and attentive. Communicating with her was a breeze. She made sure we felt at home and even made sure to make our trip extra special. We would definitely rent from her again!

One of a kind home!

I wanted to say thank you so much to Krysti. This home and this community were amazing. The pool was fantastic!! People were very polite. We had my 5 kids and mother in law with us. Everything that we needed came with the house. I have to say we saw several places while we stayed there. This house in Prominence community is second to none! Don’t miss out on this home. This is the first time we ventured out of Texas with 5 kids. The house has everything you need to have a great vacation. Thank you again Krysti for helping us have an amazing vacation!!!
